Kwame Afrani is a Licensed Professional Civil Engineer and Real Estate Investor. He started investing in Windsor, ON in 2019. He specializes in student rentals as his primary real estate investing model but also dabbles in family rentals and other types of investing. He has been able to grow his portfolio via the use of creative financing techniques like private mortgages, promissory notes etc while maintaining 100% ownership. In 2021, upon getting his P.Eng. licensed, Kwame launched his Engineering Design Firm, GH Property Management Inc. to offer architectural and engineering design services like drawing packages for permit applications, building extensions, minor variances etc. to real estate investors and homeowners alike in Ontario. Currently, he's growing his portfolio at a 'peace of mind' pace while growing his active business with Engineering Design Firm in tandem.
