Alvin Wong is a Canadian Registered Nurse and Real Estate Investor. After working for 1 year in the critical care department, he was made aware that he would be laid off. He accidentally stumbled onto a mindset book that inspired him to start a real estate business during his despair. With no business or finance degree, Alvin started his journey investing in his education from a high-performance real estate coach before purchasing any investment properties. In less than two years since forming, he owns 5 multifamily properties and 13 doors.
