MM12 Why you must revisit/edit/delete goals (+ it's our bday)! 🎉

🎉🎉 IT'S OUR BIRTHDAY! We're One Year old! To celebrate this month, we are bringing you double episodes & some amazing guided meditations 🎉🎉Today I wanted to go back full circle to where it all began - what does balance mean for you? It's important to revisit this to ensure where we are heading, still aligns with what we want. How many times do you set yourself a goal to then never re-visit, edit or even delete it? If your perspective or ideal of balance shifts, then your goals need to be re-jigged as well. We can't be too protective or fixed with something we wrote in the past. Join me as we reassess your balance right now, look at how you might want that to be different and as a result, how that impacts goals you may have set for yourself. SPEAKING OF goals, have you made any progress to yours yet? If not, it might be because (a) your idea of balance has shifted as so they need to be revisited or (b) you aren't setting your boundaries correctly.I'll finish today's pod talking about boundaries, what they're not and how to stick to them!If you love today's pod, share the birthday love and send it to a friend who will also love it! As always, a review/rating left on apple podcast, is a slice earned in my heart .... really! ❤️Email me if you need the worksheet from today's ep: thebalancetheorypodcast@gmail.comUntil next time,Stay Balanced!Support this show http://supporter.acast.com/thebalancetheory. MM11. Are you working hard enough, making the hustle healthy & tolerance windows 👩‍💻

Ever felt that shame or guilt when you aren't getting enough done, or maybe when you're doing too much, you're guilty of not taking enough care of yourself? There seems to be a constant issue on both ends of the spectrum - that is, hustle versus self care.I was sick of the two feeling like polar opposites and constantly at the expense of the other, so this episode is my attempt to make sense of the hustle/self care spectrum, find where you sit on it, and help you own your own definitions of hard work. Once we have self awareness as to what hard work means to us, we can firstly, accept and own where we are, and two, pass less judgement towards others in their own ideals of business and hard work.I know that hustling is a badge of honour many of us like to wear, but how do we make it healthy, our own, and sustainable? That is what we will dive deep into together on today's pod! Stay Balanced.Support this show http://supporter.acast.com/thebalancetheory. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

Efia Sulter on toxic positivity & manifesting an extraordinary life

From being orphaned at 14, to grappling with mental illness and chronic pain, to then moving overseas and building her soul-aligned life + business empowering other woman, Efia has learned how to dream big and not settle for what's within her realms of probability. She is a Mindset & Manifestation Coach, NLP practitioner and host of ‘The Manifest Edit Podcast’.Today we chat about how to manifest an extraordinary life, what the missing piece to the law of attraction really is, why we need the ups and downs of life, why you need to be EXTREMELY careful thinking you need to be positive all the time, and on that note, why happiness shouldn't be your sole focus goal. Another amazing thing we discuss which is super close to my heart, is why we need to give "negative" emotions air time, rather than shun them or feel guilt/shame around them. All of this & more to get you in the right head space to set intentions & goals, or just surrender to your world! Her mission is to empower and teach ambitious women how to manifest their EXTRAORDINARY life by overcoming their limiting beliefs, finding and living their soul’s purpose and connecting to their intuition. To connect with Efia more, you can find her on IG @efiasulter_, on her website effytalkslife.com or head over to her podcast anchor.fm/themanifestedit.
