It is so important to take time away from work and even social media. Until this morning, for the past four days, Nancy and I traveled with two of our dearest friends to Vermont for three incredible days of skiing in Killington. We rented a house in the middle of the woods, where there was barely any Wi-Fi signal, so there was no real opportunity for us to even be on social media, let alone our phones. Also partaking in an activity, such as skiing, forces you to be present in everything that you’re doing, and who you’re doing it with. I can’t express to all of you, enough, the importance of giving your mind and yourself this much-needed rest and break from everything that we do personally and professionally.
