We just wrapped the mountain edition of CarrotCamp 2017 October 9-10 in our beautiful hometown of Roseburg, Oregon at Carrot HQ, so we wanted to take a few moments to reflect and capture some thoughts from our Campers. CarrotCamp was unlike most events. It wasn't a workshop or seminar, nor was it a retreat. I created my life list in 2010. This is what I want to do while I'm alive. Experience, growth, and achievement. Recently, a friend of mine came across my life list on my website . He saw that I wanted to catch a steelhead while fly fishing.  He's a Veteran who turned to fly fishing as a relaxation and release point for PTSD. He understands the importance of helping others so he reached out to me to see if we could go fishing.  We spent the day on the river and it was one of the most enjoyable and amazing items that I've done on my list.  So why create a life list? It's exactly what I mentioned before. Experience, growth, and achievement. You can become a better, more fulfilled person.  I encourage you to take an hour today to sit down and start a life list. Write out a draft. 10 items. Get it started and you can always add to it later. The main thing is to get it started. Next, share it.
