22: All about cholesterol, (& how it doesn't cause heart disease)

19: What is Oromyofacial Therapy? with Robynann Williams

On this episode I spoke with Oromyofacial Myologist and Speech Therapist, Robynann Williams. This episode was mind-blowing! We spoke about how the tongue is connected to your face structure, your breathing, even your toes! We spoke about teeth clenching, (it's not all parasites and stress related) and how your tongue position can affect your hunched shoulders as well as back and neck tension. We also spoke about tongue tie and the epidemic of small jaws and elongated face shapes and why this is ocurring - and how to prevent it. This is a must-listen also for those with crowded teeth too. She helps midlife women break free from the mainstream way of thinking where disease and decline are accepted as an inevitable part of aging ~  and embrace the notion that it’s absolutely possible to feel vibrant, happy, healthy, balanced, and strong through midlife and beyond.
