This experience opened Nick's eyes to the potential profitability of real estate and prompted him to sell his moving and storage company in 2020.  Since then, Nick and his team have been acquiring more storage buildings. They've successfully purchased three additional properties in 2018 and 2019, and a couple more in 2020.
