Seven Questions to Measure Your Gain

Last week, I shared an episode called "The Gap and the Gain", which follows the premise of an excellent book with the same title by Dan Sullivan and Benjamin Hardy. I recommend listening to that episode first if you haven't heard it yet, but if you haven't heard it yet, the gist is this: you can have a "gap" mindset of what you lack, or a "gain" mindset of your potential. In this episode, we talk about ways to stay in that more positive "gain" mindset—seven questions you can ask yourself to be exact! Here's a link to this week's download: https://leahdavidsonlifecoaching.ck.page/43acf7a671Visit me on Facebook or Instagram. The Gap and the Gain

I'm a big reader, and every once in a while I come across an idea or a book that I just HAVE to share with everybody. When it has to do with my clients or listeners, even more so! Today's one of those days. The book "The Gap and the Gain" by Dan Sullivan really hit me hard—and as soon as I read about the concept I just knew you all would love it. In a nutshell, there are two sort of mindsets we can be in, "the gap" and "the gain". When we're in "the gap", our thoughts tend toward thinking what we lack, while in "the gain", we think of our potential and what we've already got. The best part? Our situation doesn't have to change in order to switch mindsets—which means that those thoughts are completely within our control. Visit me on Facebook or Instagram.
