Kik Textiles is a huge European retail chain, employing more than 26,000 people and operating more than 4,000 stores across fourteen countries. Our guest is Sebastian Hense, Head of Marketing and CRM for Kik, who shares his story of creating a loyalty proposition that’s laser focused on understanding and relating to its customers and their unique needs.
