Speaking to Your Wounded Parts with Paulina Siegel

In this vulnerable episode, I talk with therapist Paulina Siegel (LCSW/CAS) about using Internal Family Systems (IFS) to understand and improve your relationship with the different parts that make up your ADHD. Paulina explains how IFS views humans as made up of multiple parts including wounded parts and protector parts. She shares how identifying these parts and building compassionate relationships with them can lead to self-growth and harmony. Winning the Day with James Whittaker
