Getting players to know their worth as people gets me fired up. Sports build character when coaches intentionally teach and model character. Leaders have to model accountability as a blessing and an opportunity to grow. The way to build relationships is to spend time with people -don’t over complicate it. It doesn’t need to be fancy.
