Julie Angel is a movement coach, an artist, a filmmaker and an author. She is the first person in the world to have a Ph.D in parkour. If you don't know what that is, we'll explain it later. Because she fell in love with parkour, she also learned to move with grace and with strength from some of the best teachers and coaches in different movement worlds.
