OUR GOALS FOR 2023 AND OUR ACTIVATION PLAN
Okay, this episode was a fun one.
With my clients and with The Doers, we go through goals and break them down into a goal setting template on Google Sheets. That's just what works for us. What works for you may be completely different. What matters most is that when you go through your 2023 goals, you remember to break them down into specific, measurable steps. For me, I always break down my goals into 4 specific steps so that they go right along with my 4 quarters. In 2023, that's going to revolve around my new Zero Marketing public launch, product sales, focusing in on The Doers, and profit margins.
