In this episode, I tackle a question that has been coming up frequently: would I ever consider returning to a traditional 9-to-5 job? After eight years of thriving as an entrepreneur, the answer might not be what you expect. A quick preview: What does going back to a traditional job mean for an entrepreneur? Is it a failure or a new opportunity? I share my personal perspective on this often-debated issue. The COVID-19 pandemic has brought about change and adaptation. I talk about how this affected my coaching philosophy and how it has influenced my view on entrepreneurship and traditional employment. There's something about the thrill of being challenged, and recently, I've been asking myself whether I'm still being challenged enough. I'll share more on how this reflection has influenced my outlook on the future. What's the role of impact in decision-making?
