The Approach to Stop Hating Your Body-#062
Hey guys, this week's episode goes into a little different depth of skillset as I talk more about how many guys are struggling with their body image. More specifically, us guys who work from home and run coaching businesses. It's easy to lose track of the hours and days, and then lose track of the body we once loved. So we have a list of excuses as to why we can't get it back and can't seem to get past the 10lb weightless plateau...like lack of time, not being able to take time to lookup healthier eating and meal prepping, losing track while traveling, how to do it without getting injured, etc. So I wanted to talk this week about how I approach coaching clients like you guys and how I help you work through each limiting belief like time (doing a quick audit of your schedule and proposing potential workout times), what to eat (providing a custom guide on what to eat and how to learn to do it yourself), travel (I give you a framework to travel and stay on track), and avoiding injury (I'm a PT so I build in important warmups and smart program design).
