Get Your Body Right-#008
Guys! Your body is the single greatest factor impacting your production. Nothing will affect your bank account more than a body that’s falling apart vs a body that’s working. Constantly distracted by aches and stiffness? That lowers production which lowers revenue. Lacking clarity, energy, and focus to be razor sharp? That lowers production which lowers revenue. Having to start spending money on lab work and medications, supplements, and “magic bullet” powders and shakes to raise this and lower that? That lowers your bank account and sense of being a natural producer. Do you want to optimize production to stay at the top of your game? Get your body (W)right so your mind can avoid distractions.

How Pride Ruins Relationships-#006
Guys...being right isn't always the right move. Let's be honest, how many times have we found ourselves digging ourselves deeper by trying to prove that we're "right" and they're "wrong"? Seriously. What good comes of that? Because if your pride is more important than how you're making your partner feel, then your relationship is doomed. She will either wise up and leave your prideful ass or you'll cut her self esteem down to the point where she feels like she's not worthy of better, and she is. If you have to prove a point, talk it out to come together and find the resolution and not some stupid pride competition where everyone loses.

Josh Payne on Overcoming Self Doubt, Prioritizing Family, and Discovering Purpose in Life-#005
Guys, I'll be honest with you, this is a longer episode but what you hear are two friends talking about real fears, mistakes, and ways we've been able to manage them as we've grown into our thirties, so it didn't make sense to cut any of it out. In this episode we go into our struggles with overcoming self doubt, prioritizing family over business hours so that both can flourish, and hitting 30 before discovering purpose in life. These are the types of conversations we need to be having with our brothers where we can come together to have a good time, but also share in what's really going on. In this episode you'll hear from Josh Payne, a successful physical therapist and business coach to other budding entrepreneurs who want to start and grow the practice of their dreams. Josh is an author, former practice owner, and business partner with another successful PT entrepreneur, David Bayliff, where they run the Mobile Concierge Coaching Academy. Owning Your Greatness-#004
Guys, stop hiding your light from the world out of fear that someone might have a sensitivity to light. This means that we ALL have a greatness inside of us that we're afraid to let out. Maybe you are so afraid of it, you don't feel like you're worthy of it and don't want to realize its potential. We make apologies for it. We've been made to feel less than for it. Why would someone who "cares" about you try to minimize your greatness? They don't understand it, and that doesn't make it any less special. You'll never fit in when you're destined to stand out. So own it. Live within it. Share it with the world.

Greg Todd on How Life Happens For You, Not To You-#002
Greg Todd is a physical therapist with multiple clinics and online businesses who serves as a mentor and coach to thousands of students that include seasoned healthcare providers all the way down to undergraduate students trying to get into professional programs. He's been my mentor and coach since 2017 and has helped me through so many highs and lows and always has amazing wisdom and perspective. Greg has been on a mission the last 5 years to help other clinicians escape the time for money trap and start serving and selling their knowledge online instead of having to see more patients for longer hours just to make a living. Greg is a family man who values relationships and has built his success alongside others rather than stepping over others, which is rare. This episode goes into much more of Greg as a man and how he's been able to maintain an extremely happy home environment and relationship with his wife and four kids while growing multiple businesses successfully...realizing that his goal is to spend more time with them so there has to be income that can sustain that life where he has more time with them. One of my biggest takeaways from the episode was how many men get hung up on the expectation that we’re supposed to be providers at all costs so we have to go out and provide because that’s deemed as important…but if we don’t value the important people in our lives and make them a priority every day then we will lose them. How true is that? So many people want to do the work outside the home rather than inside the home because the work inside that requires vulnerability and being present in the moment is so much harder to deal with than just burying yourself in work. The overall theme of the episode turned into how life happens for you and not to you. Meaning everything works in your favor if your perspective is in the right place. Negative circumstances are only true negatives if you don't learn anything from them. To learn more about Greg go visit http://www.gregtoddtv.com

No One Else Can Validate You...That's Your Job-#001
Often times we think that successful job or business, the big house, the sweet car, the status, or the perfect person for us will give us the validation we've always sought...only to find out it doesn't. In this episode, we go over how tying our fulfillment to an external thing never leaves us satisfied, so we start to resent the person or the thing we thought would give us all the happiness in the world because they've failed us. No, we've failed ourselves, and it's time we start looking inward for what we keep seeking elsewhere.
