Hello everyone. Kimberly Olson here, back for another episode of The Goal Digger Girl, and I'm super excited to share special guest, Amber, is it Romanick?
Amber Romaniuk:
Romaniuk.
Kimberly Olson:
Yeah. I wasn't even close. I should have asked you first. Well, welcome on girlfriend. I'm so excited to have you on. We have so much in common with our health and wellness backgrounds. You know, our expertise are definitely different and you are just crushing the value that you're putting out there in the message, and just your guidance of helping people to really get reconnected with who they are. Having healthy relationships with food and understanding all the things with emotional eating, digestion, hormones. So I know my people, they are going to love this episode. So to start first off, welcome on. Thank you for being on. I appreciate you.
Amber Romaniuk:
Thank you for having me. I'm super grateful for you too.
Kimberly Olson:
Yes. Okay. So spill the tea. Let's talk a little bit about who you are and how you got into this, because this is quite the niche here. I love this.
Amber Romaniuk:
Thank you. And yeah, so for me, you know, it really has evolved my business over the last 10 years with my own personal journey. So for me, it really started, you know, was kind of a few, I guess you'd call them turning points or things that really impacted me from a young age that kind of brought me to where I am today. So to highlight a couple of key points, because I think it'll just help the audience understand where I've come from. So when I was a young girl, it was my first day on the school bus and the older boys called me fat and ugly. And that just really hit hard and hurt a lot, pertaining to worth and confidence, and body image and not even knowing how to navigate any of that at that time, being five years old.
Amber Romaniuk:
And so I think that made me really shy and insecure of my body and caused me to start to be critical of my body. And then through growing up I started dieting, you know, 10, 11, 12 reading magazines and seeing all these thin women and all. Not knowing about Photoshopping or editing or any of that stuff and just thinking it's all real, right? As we're convinced to think it's all real and compare ourselves. And so then there's that whole evolution of, you know, music, videos and movies, and seeing celebrities, you know, tied with these insecurities and trying to diet from the magazines like, Oh, let's eat like Britney Spears and get this body.

Hello, and welcome back to another episode of The Goal Digger Girl. My name is Kimberly Olson, hopefully your hostess with the mostest, and today it's time to get real, girl. We're going to talk about visualizing success in 2021. Visualizing success, goal setting, getting your eyes focused on what you want, the good abundance. Attracting the exact things you want in your life are so important, yet we don't take the time to figure it out. Some have said that we spend more time planning our next vacation or our next vehicle purchase than we do on planning our lives and really stopping and saying, "what do I want?". So this is something I have experience in, something that I've been able to- of course, I'm a work in progress, but been able to master to somewhat of a degree. So I want to walk you through that.
And I want to help you to get your mind to expand about the possibilities for more because the people who are having success, the people who are creating wealth and abundance and changing their lives are the ones who are illogical. They're the ones who are daydreaming, right? They're the ones that other people say are weird, or "there's no way:. They're the ones that are getting the haters and the naysayers. So going for big things, unapologetically being ambitious is not for the faint of heart. You know, it has been hard to become an entrepreneur and develop my mindset and overcoming limiting beliefs and destructive habits. Like it hasn't been easy. It has not been a walk in the park. I mean, there's been some tears shed if you know what I'm saying, but I've got to tell you being someone who went from six figures of debt to being completely debt-free. Someone who was making, you know, 50-some thousand dollars, it was my salary at my job I quit two and a half years ago to making almost double that per month.
Like there are such huge leaps that I've personally taken, that it's been worth every single blood, sweat, and tear that's been shed. It's been worth all of it and more. Most importantly, not only because I've changed my family tree, but I'm changing other people's lives. There are people who listened to this podcast. There are students in my programs, there's even people that I'm blessed to be able to bring them onto staff or coaches that we've hired, that we're able to make a positive change in other people's lives and bless them financially as well. So it's not just about me anymore. It's about the impact I can make. It's about the legacy I'm leaving. It's about going to sleep at night and feeling like, "yes, I went all in today", right?
"I had joyful expectation. I gave my best", whatever that looks like, because it's always different.

Krista Mashore:
Thank you so much for having me Kimberly, I'm super excited to be here. You're adorable!
Kimberly Olson:
Oh, well your energy is just matching mine. So this is going to be a great discussion.
Krista Mashore:
I feel like we're like soul sisters or something. I think I'm older than you.
Kimberly Olson:
I know, how have we not met before? Well, you don't look like it. So to start Krista, because my audience probably they're mostly network marketers, direct sellers, handful of coaches. Most of them, or I shouldn't say most of them. Some of them may have never heard of you before. Can you introduce yourself and tell us a little bit about you and how you became an entrepreneur?
Krista Mashore:
Yes. Hi everyone. So my name's Krista Mashore, and I have been a coach for about three years. So basically before that I was a real estate agent and I specialize in digital marketing strategies and how to be seen as the go-to authority in your profession, your field, using social media and video. And I taught before getting into real estate. So I was a teacher before getting into real estate, because I've got a master's degree in curriculum instruction. And I just got kind of burnt out on teaching, but I sort of left the profession, not by choice. I kind of was forced to do it. My daughter got sick and I decided to come and be a stay at home mom and play at real estate. And I ended up going through a kind of a nasty divorce back then and had to like really dive myself into real estate.
Krista Mashore:
So I chose back then to do things differently than everyone else. And I really started focusing on fortune 500 companies and digital marketing, and all that. And I was in the top 1% of real estate agents nationwide for the whole 19 years.
Kimberly Olson:
Oh my gosh. So you're a legend!
Krista Mashore:
No, no, no. I sold 2200 homes, personally. So then I just had kind of mastered that. And so about three years ago, I dove into coaching and the same strategies that I used in real estate I focused on in my coaching career. I brought my coaching business from zero to $7.4 million in 25 months. All using digital marketing and video.

Hey there, Kimberly Olson here, also known as The Goal Digger Girl. Welcome back to another episode of our podcast. First, a listener review, and then we're going to get into how can you tell if you're ready to get into coaching? A lot of people ask me about it. I know it's on a lot of your hearts and you're probably wondering, do you have what it takes and what does that look like? So we're going to dive into that in more first to review. So this from MSuth, it says "Kimberly gives practical and actionable steps to change your mindset and grow your business. She's helped me so much in a short amount of time, and I look forward to continuing to learn from her". Well, thank you so much. I appreciate it. And please y'all. If you ever can drop a review, also take a screenshot of you listening to this podcast and tag me in your stories, The Goal Digger Girl on Instagram, and I will give you a special Goal Digger shout out.
So for this episode, let's talk about coaching. I will never forget when I first started coaching. Now, when I started, I was first in nutrition consulting, which is a form of coaching, but obviously more about food and things like that. So I started when I was around 20 years old, I remember my roommate, she asked me if I would help her mother. So I was charging $25 a session. I look back and I just think, "what was I thinking?". But you've got to start somewhere. But I started before I was ready. You know, I think that a lot of times people will wonder, you know, when should they start coaching? Do they have what it takes to coach? Do they have the experience to coach? This is the thing with coaching. It's a form of teaching. It's a form of educating the beautiful balance of educating and holding people accountable.
Coaching allows you to mentor and guide other people, right? You're going to give them the path. You're going to take them from point A to point Z, give them that step-by-step action plan and hold them accountable. So there could be someone, like I worked with a girl my first full year as a business coach, I've been business coaching for about three years. My first full year of doing it, she hired me for a year and she was making more than six figures a year. And I wasn't making six figures yet, but I was able to teach her how to take her business from offline to online. I had the experience to fill in the gaps of the things that she didn't have. So you don't necessarily have to be making more than your clients, or really like be crushing whatever space they're in.

Hello, and welcome back to another episode of the Goal Digger Girl. I’m so excited to let you listen in on my interview with my girl, Ashley Welch. I absolutely adore her, and it’s been so much fun to watch her on her entrepreneurial journey. So if you’re ready to tap into your inner goddess, achieve more confidence, happiness and overall well-being, then you have got to listen in on this interview with Ashley. She’s the owner of Sunspice, and we’re going to talk about getting your inner goddess on and just really tapping in to who you are, your internal superpowers and just feeling confident in going after your goals. Listen in! Welcome, Ashley!
Ashley Welch:
Hi, thank you!
Kimberly Olson:
So excited to have you on, and we are streaming this as well. So if you're listening, come along for the ride, if you're watching us feel free to comment below. So we are going to have a great discussion today because not only have you become a dear friend of mine, but you're also one of those rockstar entrepreneurials, that just goes for it. And I think that a lot of people here need to hear this message today. So just to start, why don't you share a little bit about yourself, as far as your entrepreneurial journey. You're a lot younger than I am, and I feel like you've lived 12 lives already. I mean, you've done so many different things. You're a mom as well. And I would love for them to hear like how you got that little entrepreneurial bug and how you got started with it.
Ashley Welch:
Yeah. I mean, I think unfortunately for me, everyone's different is I think if you face adversities young, you just automatically have to kind of push yourself forward and move through those situations. And I figured out younger how to thrive through being in the face of darkness and adversity wherever and whenever it was. And I think through that sort of process and everyone's on their own journey, right? So they're all going to to get hit with it at different times, but mine was hit younger. And the unfortunate part about that is I missed out on a childhood, or a lot of childhood like experiences, but the positives of it were the, I just, yeah, you just kinda- your boots get dirtier quicker. I swear to God, I go through more shoes than like, I will get like a really nice designer pair of shoes.
Ashley Welch:
And people say, "I've had these for six years". I'm like, I rock those out in like six months because I just wear everything into the ground. And I think it's just 'cause that's how I move, you know?
Kimberly Olson:
Yeah.
Ashley Welch:
But it's just a matter of when you are scared when you move into a place of fear, which we always do. We'll move into that place, to literally tell yourself that it's not real. That fear, you save that for when the tiger's chasing you, which it never will. Save that for when you're scared that you're getting in a car accident. Like that's the time to use fear. It's not, when you want to pursue your dream, you just don't have time for that to- you'll overanalyze everything.
Ashley Welch:
You will talk yourself out of everything.

Welcome back to another episode for the Goal Digger Girl podcast. Today, we're going to talk about why creating evergreen content is a game changer, but first a listener review. Awesome podcast!. I got five stars on this one. Thank you. This is Smitsje, I don't know who that is, but thank you. You're so awesome. It says, "Kimberly Olson’s messages as are so relevant and helpful to doing business in 2020. She provides real solutions to my business through her teaching and so much motivation! Not to mention the amazing abundance of content! Amazing!". Well, thank you, so sweet. And we're actually talking about content for this episode, so this is perfect. And if you can leave a review, if you're enjoying this podcast, we keep it going by listener reviews and you guys downloading these podcasts. It's been top rated in the US, Canada, UK.
It was just recently number 13 in Malaysia. So I thought that was kind of cool, and number, I can't remember, something pretty good in Sweden, so thank you to my international listeners. So much fun. Anyway, I really appreciate you. So if you have the time, that's just awesome. Okay. So let's talk about evergreen content. If you haven't noticed, I love content. I'm totally obsessed with content. It's like all I do. I mean, I'm not even kidding. So today- crazy. It's a Monday. I did a Zoom mastermind training for Goal Digger University, talking about Facebook Live Formula. Then I did a Facebook live on my business page, The Goal Digger Girl, I did a Facebook live in both of my business Facebook groups, The Goal Diggers of Online Marketing, Goal Digging Boss Babes. I recorded two YouTube videos, an IGTV video. I recorded a podcast, a meditation track, which is new.
So get ready for that. I'm so pumped, I can't even tell you. Now I'm recording another podcast and we're still trucking. So if anyone loves content, you guys, it's me. I could talk about this all day long, but this is the danger of not understanding evergreen content. You will get burned out. You will absolutely get burned out because if you're starting over and over and over, and you're creating content over and over and over, over again, and you're not getting any mileage out of it or shelf life out of it, you could get burned out. You absolutely could. So, where is the difference between evergreen content and short-lived content, what's that look like? And then how to pivot, how to implement a true content strategy. And that's what we're going to get in today. Okay. So first of all, the difference. So, short-lived content is going to be something like a Facebook posts, Instagram post, right?
Like, think about the people that you follow the most.

Cathy Callahan:
Thank you so much. I'm super excited.
Kimberly Olson:
I'm excited too. So I've known you now for gosh, seven, eight months. We met earlier this year. I feel like we knew each other a little bit before, but really got to know each other. You were one of the students in Six-Figure Breakthrough Business Academy, blew through the program. I mean, just such a rockstar and we've built quite a friendship. I feel like we're, you know, I see you as a colleague at this stage of our relationship because someone who is really doing it, but you're breaking the mold, you're doing things differently. You're an amazing leader and I'm really excited to talk about you and what you've done, and really give them some practical tools today. So to start, 'cause we will probably have some new people who've never heard of you, have been introduced to you. Can you share a little bit about you and your entrepreneurial journey?
Cathy Callahan:
Absolutely. So, first off I'm a mom building a business in the background of #momlife, right? So, I used to be a school teacher and I was thinking about this time with you today. And I was like, you know, when I really look back to when I really started being an entrepreneur as, well, before I was a mom, I was actually 18. And I remember just, I used to be a swim lesson teacher. And I created this program in my backyard swimming pool, and I made a brochure and I did swim lessons from, you know, but after that, I knew I wanted to be a teacher. I never again thought about working for myself in any way. I was a kindergarten teacher, loved it, loved it, loved it. And then I got pregnant and something changed, like something shifted.
Cathy Callahan:
I remember I sat at this horseshoe table in the back of my classroom. And if people teach, y'all know what that is, the horseshoe table in the kindergarten classroom. And, I looked around at the moms who were like volunteering in my classroom, going on field trips with us. And for me, there was a moment where I was like, "Gosh, I'm never going to be that mom", but I couldn't think outside of the box, like I was still paying off school loans. I wanted to be a teacher my whole life. So even thinking like, "maybe I don't want to do this anymore", I fought that for awhile. And then I got introduced to network marketing at a home party. So this is like 14, 15 years ago. Right. So there was no online business. There's nothing like what we're doing right now.

Hey, Goal Digger. Welcome back to this episode on Tapping Into Your Zone of Genius and How to Monetize It. Now, a lot of you may be in Network Marketing, Direct Sales, so you're like, "is this for me?". Yes, this is absolutely for you, because you need to learn what your Zone of Genius is. This is going to give you the clues, the plan. It's going to give you the details of what you need to know about yourself so you know how to show up on social media. Having a personal brand is not where you have a "brand" like I do, The Goal Digger Girl or Nike. A personal brand is how people associate you, what they think about with you, when they're looking at your content that you're sharing. When they think about the message that you send them, or how you interact with them. There's a certain feel, there's a certain, just energy around how you're showing up.
And this is part of your Zone of Genius. Okay? So definitely stick with it, if you are not expanding outside of Network Marketing, Direct Sales. If you are, this can allow you to monetize. And what that means is, is if you create a piece of content, whether it be an ebook, I'm writing a journal or designing a journal right now, as we speak. A journal, a workshop, a video series, an ebook, a course, a group coaching program, private coaching. Those are all things that you can "monetize". It's important to understand your Zone of Genius because if you're trying to do things that are not aligned with that, you're not going to get the results that you want. Okay? So first a listener review. And I wanna' encourage all of you to leave a review because I would love to say thank you for doing that.
It means so much to me, reviews really do help this podcast stay top-rated. So this one says "Such A Boss.l Love all of your inspirational work, Kimberly, glad that I found you. You have really pushed me to keep moving forward, even if you don't know it. And I'm so thankful." Did you all just hear my stomach growl? So I have this like thing that goes around my podcast mic. It's supposed to mimic like a sound booth, but you're also going to hear me more. So I'm wondering if you heard my stomach growl, just send me a message and let me know about that. I'm super curious. Okay. So your Zone of Genius is the place where you feel alive. Your Zone of Genius is the things that you love the most about what you do. You can extrapolate things from your real life, motherhood, corporate work, past jobs, volunteer work, even interacting with girlfriends or your spouse.

Welcome back to another episode of The Goal Digger Girl. I'm so excited because I have special guest, Steph Weber, and she is the host of the podcast "As Told By Us". She's also creator of The Weber Company, and she is one of my new business besties. We met in a coaching group together, and I fell in love instantly. I got obsessed with her Instagram Reels and let's just say it was history since then. So Steph, welcome on. I just love you. I love your personality. I love everything about you.
Steph Weber:
Thank you. I appreciate that. Reels have been awesome for connections this year. So super fun, but I'm excited, so thank you.
Kimberly Olson:
Yeah. And I think that the thing is you stood out to me right away, right? Like there's something special about you. and I know you know that, but you also were very strategic about the way you're showing up with that special sauce. And my listeners are mostly network marketers, direct sellers, female entrepreneurs who really want to show up on social media, they really do. But they're getting stuck when it comes to that messaging and who they are. So do you mind first introducing yourself so listeners can get to know you? 'Cause there should be some newbies, a little bit about you, how you got into entrepreneurship and then found this zone of genius that you do currently.
Steph Weber:
Yes, absolutely. I would love to. So I have entrepreneurial spirits in my veins and my dad was an entrepreneur and so I've grown up around entrepreneurship. And when I turned 17, my parents were basically like, "we're going to get your car, but you have to pay for the gas. So if you want to be able to drive it places you need to have a job". So I knew that working in like the restaurant industry was not my gift. I knew that working necessarily in like a mall type setting, wasn't probably going to be what I wanted to do. So I started applying for small businesses that were in Indianapolis at the time. That's where I'm from. So I got a job as a sales associate with a local boutique there. And I worked with them all throughout college. I paid for school. Our family unfortunately lost our small business. Another reason why I'm so passionate about entrepreneurship and the dreams that these entrepreneurs have.
Steph Weber:
But anyway, my parents were not able to financially contribute to my college education. So I worked three jobs, maintained full-time student status, had a long distance boyfriend who is now my husband and was doing all of the things. So I've been running 120 miles an hour for basically my whole life. And that's just how I am. But, in working with so many different entrepreneurs and really figuring out what their need was when it came to branding and marketing and social media and all of these different pieces, I needed to figure out my zone of genius in terms of being able to help them. So I went to school for PR and advertising, learned about this idea of blogging.

Hello, and welcome to another episode of The Goal Digger Girl, where we #getLIT in your business and set your soul on fire. Welcome back, Goal Digger. I'm so excited to chat with you about how to take control of your calendar, because every single day I get messages from people on my team, clients, people who follow me and they're like, "I don't know how you get so much done. I'm struggling over here. I'm overwhelmed. I'm frustrated. I'm really trying, and I just don't seem to have enough time", or "I don't know how to keep it all organized". Can you relate to that? Where you're just feeling like, "gosh, it's just- I'm all over the place". Well, that's pretty common for entrepreneurs, so I think this is really going to help you out today. But first a listener review from Mariah. So Mariah says "A real rockstar".
Thanks! Says "Kim is a rockstar. There is no compliment that would justify how amazing this woman is. This is what true transformation looks like. I love you". Oh, I didn't even read this before I read this. Thank you, that is super sweet. Oh my gosh. I really appreciate it. And y'all please leave reviews, 'cause it totally helps the podcast. It's crazy how important the ratings are to- the reviews are to the ratings. So if you don't mind, I appreciate it. So when it comes to taking control of your calendar, this really is the million dollar secret. Like if you talk to anybody who is at the top of their game, top of their field and they really are crushing it, it's always found in the details of their day. It is. And, I think we just tell ourselves this story, which it's justified, that we're so busy.
We have so much going on and, "but you don't understand my kids, or my husband, or my elderly parent, or my job", or "I'm just so tired. I don't feel good". Like we all have these things that we tell ourselves and they're legit. They're real. So it's not to say that they're not real, but the difference is that we still get stuff done. We still have those non-negotiables that we get done. We still have that perception of the way we look at our day is the way a champion looks at their day. And you are a champion. You're a champion in the making. Even if you don't have the results you want today, you have to go through a transformation. Like Mariah said, it's a process. I didn't just wake up one day like, "yes!". This is years in the making, guys.
So, the same thing can be applied to you and your situation. So the first thing I would say when it comes to taking control of your calendar is that you just need to take ownership, first off. Okay. I did a previous episode on, you know, taking control of your life and getting back in the driver's seat. You've got to take ownership of it first off, and stop with the excuses. And I hope you know, I say that with love. But honestly, we all have the same 24 hours in a day. So if you think of the busiest person you know, and the amount of stuff they're getting done, then why not you? Why not you?
