Hey, Hey, Goal Digger, Kimberly Olson here back for another episode of #getLIT where we crush your business in less than 10 minutes. And for today's episode, we're going to talk about how to kick bad habits to the curb and get more done. Most people have good intentions. Most people want to build businesses. Most people want to just be really productive, right? Well, when I actually meet with people and break down what they're doing, I'm always shocked time and time again, about how they say they're working. And they think they are, right? Like the intentions are pure, but when we actually break it down. And I had them do time studies for me, I'm always shocked, and then I'm not shocked because it's so common, where they actually are not working that much on their businesses. There's a lot of "fake working" happening, or they're scrolling, or being distracted.
I mean, I'll be honest. I just found this really cute website on Instagram the other day. I don't know how it happened, but suddenly I was shopping. So it happens to all of us, but we want to make sure that happens maybe once in a blue moon and not every day. Right? So what we want to look at is we want to actually have a resource to go to, to give us the structure throughout our day so we know exactly what to do. And we also need to be mindful when we have to have mom hat on, business builder on, when we're reaching out, we're doing social media content, connecting with people. And also when we put our leadership hat on, whether we're coaching a client and giving them some tough love, or we're working with our team, there are different hats that we wear. There's different roles that we play throughout the day. And if we're trying to be on our phones while our kids are talking to us, needing something, and we're just like shushing them away, you have to check yourself before you wreck yourself. I say that to my kids sometimes though, because they're getting a little older and it's real. It's a real thing. You've got to check yourself, okay? Because why are you you're doing this? Why are you working so hard in this business?

Hey, Goal Digger. Welcome back to another episode. Today we're going to talk about, do you really need to get on the Instagram Reel bandwagon? Cause I know you want to know there's been a lot of buzz around it. Let's talk about that. But first a listener review from Shalonge, it says "relatable and binge worthy. Don't forget to leave a listener review wherever you're listening to podcasts, because it really does help keep this episode going and we appreciate the support. So let's talk about Reels. Let's get Real y'all. Now there are some different schools of thought around this, but what I want to talk to you about is the mindset piece of why you are or not doing Reels. You are or not doing TikTok. You are or not doing any kind of video, even if it's in your stories.
Okay? So do I think that you need to do Reels? I do. Now if you haven't mastered Facebook yet, and you're struggling to be consistent with Facebook, you can still layer in Reels or TikToks because they're so quick to make they're just 10 seconds, 15 seconds that there's really no excuse time-wise to not be able to do them. So I really, I want to push back if you're like, "well, you know, I'm not posting every day on Facebook". The other really cool thing I've noticed with Reels is you don't have to do them every day. So if you weren't posting everyday on Facebook, you will lose traction. You really do need to show up every single day on Facebook, on your wall, in your groups, being consistent. Same with stories, even. You really need to be in there every day.

Hey, Goal Digger, Kimberly Olson here back for another episode of #getLIT, where we crush your business in less than 10 minutes. For today's episode, we're going to talk about the three leadership principles that every entrepreneur needs to implement for massive retention, massive results. And the key is, when you implement these three things, you're going to shift from this constant place of needing more people, recruit, recruit, recruit to being able to grow a team. And then obviously continue that recruiting, but you won't feel that pressure for it. It's going to kind of shift things. It's going to make everything you're doing more enjoyable because you'll create this culture where people feel like they want to be a part of it. And it's going to allow you to have a lot more fun in your business. Okay. So we've got three tips for you today for this training.
You absolutely need to get a mirror out ,and it's the hardest thing to do because it's so easy to point the finger, right? Because when we do that, we shift the blame off of ourselves, because of course we're not doing everything right? We want to blame someone, like that's completely normal. That's human nature, right? That's that preservation that we all have. So when you take ownership and Jack Canfield talks about this, taking 100% responsibility for our lives and the results that we're getting, it puts you back in the driver's seat. It gives you control. It's something that you can change and you can focus on. So what I would do is make sure every month you are getting new customers. You're getting new business builders. If you're a coach and you're trying to teach your clients to do something, are you doing it right? Maybe you're teaching your clients to go live or build a Facebook group, or get the word out about a course, or start a podcast.
Are you doing those things that you're teaching? Sometimes the very thing that we want people to do is the very thing that we need to do. Okay. So lead by example. I'm the top recruiter on my team.

Hello, everyone. Welcome. And I'm pumped to be able to take you guys through this month's content, because this is going to set the foundation for the entire year. Okay. We don't get our mindset, right. And understand those limiting beliefs to self-sabotage the things that are holding us back. We will literally repeat the same things that we did last year. So if the last year, the last two years, the last three years has felt repetitive and you're just like spinning your wheels and not understanding why you're not having more growth personally, professionally, or just money in your bank account.
It's because of exactly what we're going to talk about today. I'm most excited about making a bigger impact. So for me, I'm just thinking like, gosh, I could probably help a lot of people. So I'm really excited about the ripple effect because I'm, you know, at this place in my business, attracting people like you, who not, aren't just thinking about yourself, right? You're thinking about how you can pour into others. And therefore we obviously have that, that ripple effect. And I truly believe that we can make really amazing positive changes this year. So what we're going to do is master your mindset. Okay
I've been getting a lot of people messaging me saying that they're done with the intention to have success and all of that, and they're not working. They haven't been working it. And they're like, "I'm done with that. I'm all in. I'm going to work. I'm going to plan. I'm going to be organized". I'm hearing a lot of people say that to me. So I'm guessing that's the same for you guys as well. Truly, it's what you do every day. That's the magic. That's the secret. It's found within your daily activity. Okay. It's found within what you do each day. So we have to look at that and say, "okay, am I doing income producing activities?
Am I fake working? Am I really working? Am I organized, or am I still tell myself the story that I just can't seem to get organized?" Okay. Those are all stories that we're going to address those today and we're going to smash those blocks.

All right, everyone. Welcome back to another episode of The Goal Digger Girl. My name is Kimberly Olson. I'm so excited to be back here with you because I have a special guest today. Amy Pamensky. Hey, Amy, how's it going?

I am doing great. I'm so happy to be here.
Kimberly Olson:
I'm so thankful. I actually did not know you before we booked this. And when I was reading your bio and your website, all of the things I'm like, of course. Like we were just like divinely connected because we were so aligned on the way we believe how women can just harness who they are and really tap into that confidence. And it's just such a huge area of struggle for my audience. So I'm excited to talk to you, but I'd also love to bring our listeners up to speed if you're potentially new to them. Can you tell everyone a little bit about you? Like who you are, what got you into entrepreneurship? And then obviously we'll dive into this topic and this concept.
Amy Natalie:
Yeah, amazing. So hello to everyone who I haven't met yet. I go by Amy Natalie, and I am a entrepreneur. I'm a coach. I am a intuitive mindset coach, is really the basis of my work. And I got into this work through my own health challenges, my own mental health and physical health challenges that I was experiencing. And so, really started my entrepreneurial journey because I wanted to help others. Because I experienced a lot of healing and growth in my own life and where I wanted to give that away, I wanted to support others. And a little more backstory to that, my dad's an entrepreneur. I went to school for business entrepreneurship, even though I had no idea if I wanted to start a business, it was kind of like that default of like, I don't really know who I am.
Amy Natalie:
I don't really know what I want to do. Like this feels pretty broad. So I'll do that. And I think I'm really grateful that I had some learnings in entrepreneurship through school and really you learn how to run a business through running a business. So to go a little bit deeper, my journey started with digestive issues, difficulty with hormone imbalances and really struggling with depression. I think I first started to recognize that I had depression when I was 18 years old and just had a lot of negative self-talk, really didn't feel hopeful, constantly comparing myself and just really didn't feel a lot of joy. Didn't experience a lot of joy. And through that path of going through my healing journey, my physical health, I decided to become a nutritionist and wanted to support other women with their health and their healing.

Hey Goal Digger! Kimberly Olson here, back for another episode of #getLIT, where we crush your business in less than 10 minutes. So today we're going to talk about the triple threat to crushing your business. So a lot of times people will say like, "what's the secret sauce? What's the magic?" Right? And I've thought a lot about this. I have thought a lot about the formula it takes to really be successful. And if you are missing any of these elements, you're probably experiencing a block. So a block could be something such as not posting on social media, not going live, not sharing who you are. Not being vulnerable, not reaching out to people, not following up with prospects. Okay? All of these things can keep you stuck in your business. So the triple threat is courage. It is confidence and it is consistency. So courage is where you are bold enough to go ahead and go live.
Even when you don't have an audience yet, or you're like, "who even wants to watch my stuff?". Right? Courage is reaching out to that chiropractor 'cause you're in the health and wellness space, and that'd be really neat if they wanted to share your products inside their practice. Courage is being a leader. It's stepping into leadership before you're ready. So in order to get the courage down, you're going to have to work on your mindset. So what I did before I got into leadership with my network marketing. I was getting a lot of customers, but I wasn't crushing it with recruiting, is every day I would listen to a recording I had done on the Think Up app. So if you've never used that before, I would encourage you to download it. I'm always talking about it, if you watched my trainings. On the Think Up app I would record a story and I would say "I'm so happy and grateful now that my team is growing.
I'm so happy and grateful that I'm an amazing leader. I'm so happy and grateful that I'm attracting runners on my team and people who really want to crush this business with me". And I would listen to that over and over and over again on the way to work. I mean, I seriously still listen to it and it's super old, but everything's happened on it. So I just add new stuff. Okay. So you got to work on your mindset.

Well, hello, Goal Digger, welcome back to another episode. So today we're going to talk about three tools I'm using in my business to 10X. Tools and systems are everything when it comes to scaling your business. Scaling your business just means you're going to grow it without working more hours and it's going to allow you to be very productive. Okay. And that's the name of the game, and that's one of my strengths. So that's what we're going to talk about today. I'm really excited to share these tools with you. I love listening to your encouraging words, your interviews with other inspiring women in this industry, as well as others. Oh, thank you, Danielle. That's so sweet. And that really is the goal. So I'm so, so thankful to hear that that's what you think. And I appreciate the review. You guys, anytime you can do that, it helps us out so much. So I'm going to share with you just three tools today. If you've ever seen any of my other trainings, I'm always mentioning apps and resources and all the things, but I'm just going to narrow it down to three. It was really hard to pick three, but I thought, you know, what are three tools that I use every day, and most importantly have allowed me to get more done, be more organized, more focused? How does that sound now? The first one, I know you've heard me talk about this, but I want to explain how I'm using it. Okay. So, the first one is Trello.
Now we have students that get into our Academy because we use Trello boards for accountability. So their whole program is on the Trello board with their action steps. And that's how we actually are keeping track of their progress and I'm on their boards. And we will, I would say probably one out of 20 people that enroll go, "oh man, I just, it's taking me a minute to get Trello". So we'll hop onto Zoom and walk them through it. If that's you, you're listening, you're like, "oh, that's me". Listen, Anna tried to get me on Trello.

Hey, Hey everyone, Kimberly Olson here. For today's episode we're going to talk about what to do if you're not enrolling new customers or new business builders. So whether or not you've had success up until this point, we all get to a place in our business where we're like, "I want to be enrolling more people", right? So if you have a team or you're working on your own personal volume, we're going to want to look at what you're doing right now and what you need to change. So I want to welcome you guys on. Where is your focus right now for your business? Is it enrolling new customers or business builders, or both? Drop that in the comments below so I can see where everyone's at and you can focus on one or the other.
It doesn't have to be all the things, right? There's different seasons of our business. So what I will say to you is if you have been enrolling, but you're not anymore, and you are going, "what is going on?" If you have a team and you are frustrated that they're not enrolling, the first thing I want to say to you is check yourself before you wreck yourself. Okay? Meaning if you have a team and they're slowing down, it's you. Okay? I know, so rude. But it is you. Our team is always going to be a reflection of us. So when I work with leaders and they're like, "yeah, I don't know what's going wrong. We're just not recruiting, we're not growing, we're actually going down". When I dig in, their personal volume isn't there. They're not enrolling people to them. That's the first thing I would say.
If you have a team people you're working with, look in the mirror, okay? Second thing is, if you are trying to enroll new customers or business builders, it has nothing to do with your team, but you. And you're not. I want you to ask yourself, are you working your business every day? What I mean by that is, are you planting seeds out there? Are you having conversations with people? Are you sharing what you do every single day? You should not go to sleep until you have shared with one new person a day.

All right, everyone. Welcome back to another episode of The Goal Digger Girl. I'm so excited because I have a special guest for you. We're going to talk about selling from love with a Finka Jerkovic. Did I say it right, Finka?
Finka Jerkovic:
You got it, you did.
Kimberly Olson:
Yay! It's a beautiful name.
Finka Jerkovic:
We're going to blame my husband for that name.
Kimberly Olson:
Yes, right?
Finka Jerkovic:
It's not me.
Kimberly Olson:
Well, you have Finka, that is so cool, you could just go by that like Oprah. I love it. So it's fabulous. Well, thank you for being on.
Finka Jerkovic:
So just a quick story. Even when I was younger, I imagined myself being a designer and my label would be Finka.
Kimberly Olson:
See, I thought that right away, like I can see in script, Finka. Well, maybe you'll go on to something and kind of lifestyle brand at some point. Well, I'm excited to have you on. My people are going to love this because they struggle with sales. It's the number one thing that I hear, my audience is mostly network marketers, direct sellers, and some coaches. And we have others too, but pretty much anyone online building on social media. And this is the part, this is the part that people get hung up on. And I really want to spend some time picking your brain today. But since you may be new to some of my audience, I would love for you to introduce yourself. Tell us a little bit about you and what got you into entrepreneurship.
Finka Jerkovic:
So I have a background in corporate. So I had spent two and a half decades in financial services, mainly in sales type roles, either as a financial advisor, sales leader .worked in sales strategy and communication. And then my last role I was in management and I loved everything that I did, but there were certain parts of it that I'm like, "I know I love the selling aspect. I know I love the people development aspect", and I thought I loved the people development aspect more. And so I ended up becoming a coach and this was way back, I'd say eight years now. And that's sort of the starting point for me of going on that entrepreneurship adventure. And in 2015, it was almost like, "okay, this is, it let's do it". It wasn't only work. It was also lifestyle. And so we ended up, I made my business full-time and at the same time we took our city life.
