David Jackson is a Master Instructor with Oxygen Advantage as well as a UKSCA accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach. He played professional rugby for Nottingham until he suffered a season-ending brain injury in 2013. Through his recovery, David had to retrain his breathing mechanics and improve respiration. Now he helps others overcome their limitations improve their performance through breathwork.
