Dr Aliza Pressman is a developmental psychologist, parent educator, asst. clinical professor, and co-founder of both Mount Sinai Parenting Center and SeedlingsGroup. As a mother of two, she also hosts the podcast Raising Good Humans where she shares her parenting advice from a clinical, academic and mom perspective. After an emotional and historical day, watching the nation and even the world come together to amplify the message that Black Lives Matter in response to George Floyd’s death, I reached out to my friend Jennifer Borget on blackout Tuesday and she graciously agreed to come back on the podcast and discuss anti-racism with me. A few nights ago, Neil and I got into a deep discussion about the need for integrity and how it seems to be less and less common in the world, and more and more accepted as just “the way things are” or have to be. We felt strongly that today’s episode needed to be on honesty and integrity, in business, in our personal lives, and in recovery.
