Balancing Necessary Self-Care with Nourishing Self-Care
As mothers especially, we lack compassion for ourselves, and we don't implement self-care even though we know it's good for us and, better yet, that we deserve it!
We should not ignore our needs because we are meeting everyone else's. All this does is drain us. We can choose to change!
This episode looks at the necessary self-care and then looks at the tips for inviting more nourishing self-care into our day-to-day routines.
