Glenn's Biggest Successes in Weightlifting

There were two main topics of discussion today. The first I believe Glenn just needed to get off his chest, and so we spoke about whether to use the pull or the deadlift when trying to strengthen the back and pull. Our main topic of conversation was one I have been interested in asking Glenn for a while. Which athletes does he consider himself to have made the most progress with, not necessarily in terms of their long term progress, but in terms of fixing their technique or an imbalance that they had which resulted in very sudden improvements. I just want to chuck out a quick reminder that the Pendlay WOD is now on Train Heroic. Glenn has 3 teams which you can look at. I will be on Pendlay STRONG 5, which is his signature weightlifting program. You can check out weekly samples of each program here http://bit.ly/2vNTpOuThanks again for tuning in. Until next time.

Training is a Process, Not an Event
