Mental Health for You and Your Patients with Emily Perrin
Emily Perrin, LMSW is a mental health therapist, mindfulness and performance coach located in the Baltimore, Maryland area. As a former DI soccer player at the University of Virginia and former DI soccer coach at the University of Pennsylvania, Emily knows firsthand the demands and pressures of the elite athlete. Emily combines her expertise and training in Mindfulness to work with athletes through several practices including meditation, breath work and yoga.
