Kelly Zitlow has built her 27-year career as a Sr. Mortgage Advisor by providing honest, well-communicated, and knowledge-based lending experiences. She’s ranked in both the Scotsman Guide and National Mortgage News Magazine as a top 1% mortgage producer in the nation. Kelly is passionate about education. She has two thriving YouTube channels aimed at educating both real estate agents and her community on the mortgage process. In addition, she is a dynamic, professional public speaker who has been invited to speak at numerous mortgage and real estate industry events nationally. Besides mortgage lending, Kelly also enjoys speaking about video marketing which is why she founded the Real Estate Video Influencers group. A community of real estate professionals who not only believe in the power of video but strive to dominate in the digital space. In 2020 Kelly also created Sunshine Warrior, a community that comes together to share stories, lift others up, inspire, and give hope on both sunny days and during life’s storms. A Sunshine Warrior is a beacon of light, one who brings peace, love, inspiration, and strength to the world. Raised in Arizona, Kelly graduated Cum Laude from Arizona State University. When she’s not working, she cherishes time with her husband, their two sons, and their two Labradoodles.
