Mastering Menopause with Maria and Kristin

Amaia's Birth Story

This is my birth experience and I will say, I had a beautiful birth at home, it could not have gone better. My first birth was very painful, I thought about giving up multiple times, and had a lot of fear in the beginning. I held a lot of resentment for a while about the pain I went through but I’ve come to change my tune and be grateful for that birth.
