Oracle Red Bull Racing Team Principal Christian Horner presents a structured approach to stressful situations, which helps to make sure you slip into that focus state easier and quicker. In this episode of Mind Set Win, Christian gives an insight into his personal pre-performance routine as a tool to help improve his focus when he needs it. Following this, host Kate Courtney dives deeper into what makes a pre-performance routine so effective and shows three approaches to developing your own routine.The exercise will help you flesh out pre-performance habits on three levels: physical, mental and verbal, as a way of signaling to your brain that it’s go-time.
