Pain comes from the belief in separation from our Source. Letting go of this belief and releasing the guilt and fear in our mind is synonymous with the end of pain. As God is recognized as our Source the world starts to fade from awareness, but nothing real will be taken away.More important than words is the experience of connection. God knows the prayer of our hearts before words are spoken.
