What's Underneath Emotions

All the emotions are being generated by clinging to a false self, by trying to protect a false identity. The way out is to pay close attention and notice when the contraction would come up. This way you can start seeing things in a helpful perspective. And you will see that every emotion relates to an identity attachment. This is a journey of emptying the mind for it requires questioning every value that you hold. Not one can be kept hidden or it will obscure your learning. Practicing this will lead towards the experience of consistent joy and peace of mind.
