KNP30 – Consistency is Key

We've said it once and we will say it again consistency is key. This week we had coaches Justin Mancuso and Robyn Peck on for a round table discussion on consistency and patience. We have many clients ask us how we have stayed on track with our nutrition for so long and it all boils down to consistency and patience. Do something consistently for long enough and it just becomes a way of life. However, just because we are coaches doesn't mean it wasn't difficult for us in the beginning, but with patience and time we have been able to form new habits and move forward with our journey. Tune into to this episode for some great and advice and motivation.

KNP29 – Evidence Based Nutrition with Jordan Dugger

What a great conversation with the one and only Jordan Dugger. We dug into some great topics (no pun intended) including supplements, marketing gimmicks and his views on today's popular diets. We also talked about sustainable results and how shows like The Biggest Loser have skewed our views on weight-loss. Here is a case study we recommend reading that Jordan referenced concerning The Biggest Loser (https://www.precisionnutrition.com/the-biggest-loser-study). As always, we thank Jordan for coming on the show and make sure to give him a follow on Instagram @duggaesthetics. Also check out his podcast The Flow State of Mind.
