I have always had an interest in human behavior and how individual experiences impact the way people show up and react in certain situations.  Throughout my life I have always been an observer. Chabaar – Thai restaurant in Midvale – Almost any curry there can be made vegan. Vegan Fast Food Burger King – Impossible Whopper. I have an embarrassing amount of these. Del Taco – Beyond Beef Tacos/Burritos. They are alright, I can’t wait until Taco Time rolls theirs out though. KNP69 - Dieting - Why do we over complicate it?

Most diets fail because we overcomplicate the process. It’s simple at its core, eat at a calorie deficit and you will lose weight. How you want to achieve that is totally up to you. There are some cases of extreme cases of dieting where you actually need MORE calories, but for the vast majority of people, create the deficit, and you will lose weight. Stop complicating the process and in return, your results will be exponentially better.

A top 5 downloaded podcast with over 2.5 million downloads per month. It was such an amazing honor to have Adam on the show.
