Amy is a mom of six kids; yes, you read that right, lol, and does not let that get in the way of her fitness goals. She breaks down how she manages six kids under 15 years old, runs her own business, and stays in excellent shape. She gave you practical tips as moms to keep your health and fitness a priority while showing up as an amazing mom.
