Haleigh Rosa, a model, disability advocate and founder of 'foreveryone.foundation' and was one of the first people to speak out against Fox News commentator Candace Owens' ignorant comments made last week about how far we are going to take this inclusivity thing' remark referring to the SKIMS Adaptive Collection featuring Rosa who is paralyzed from the waist down after a car accident, and is a wheelchair user. Haleigh Rosa is a disability advocate from South Florida. While working for an NBC News affiliate at the age of 25, she was injured in a car accident leaving her paralyzed from the waist down. You Can Get Good at Anything

I decided to talk about getting good at anything as long as you have the belief and the desire. Because if you have both, it will bring you the discipline and commitment to stick with your goal. I'm always a bit surprised( but have gotten accustomed to it) when people are surprised at my age. And being away with my daughters last week, I thought maybe I should take this 'freak show' on the road lol! My daughters laughed. But, honestly, it's for a few reasons, mostly because of the way I live my life. When spending time and energy (effort) into the things I want to get good at or improve on, it is with an incredible desire and belief that i CAN reach that goal. Looking forward to sharing this episode with you!

Eat, Pray,# FML author Gabrielle Stone

I am joined by Gabrielle Stone the author of Eat, Pray, #FML a hilarious, heartbreaking and thought provoking book about Gabrielle's adventure of self-discovery. We talked about how she found her husband cheated on her with a 19 year old!!! and how she fell madly in love soon after filing for divorce to have him decide he didn't want to go on their month long trip to Europe. So, she had a choice- stay at home in her Mom's home and be really sad and depressed or take the biggest leap of faith on herself and go to Europe ALONE! And that is where self-discovery, self- awareness and standing in her truth began. I loved this book, and found her Thought Onion a wonderful way to describe and think through so many of of the difficult/ uncomfortable feelings she had to face and experience.
