As we continue this Foundations for Your Coaching Business series, I want to dedicate this third episode to the idea of CEO mindset. For this, I offer 5 concepts. As humans, we all seek validation. But seeking it from your clients is a trap that can sabotage your coaching. Not only does it shift your focus from where it should be (on your client), it creates highs and lows in your coaching. Unfortunately, it can be easy to have validation trap tendencies and not even know it, so please don’t judge yourself too harshly.  In this episode, I share numerous ways to identify this trap, recognize if you’re slipping, and avoid the temptation.
