Getting any kind of break from your growing business may seem impossible. There’s always something that needs attention. As ambitious coaches, determined to accomplish big things for ourselves and our businesses, we can allow far too much time to go by between breathers. We easily assign more to ourselves than any human being can really realistically accomplish. Of course, the biggest danger in this fast-paced, intensely focused business building is we can burn out.
