Getting any kind of break from your growing business may seem impossible. There’s always something that needs attention. As ambitious coaches, determined to accomplish big things for ourselves and our businesses, we can allow far too much time to go by between breathers. We easily assign more to ourselves than any human being can really realistically accomplish. Of course, the biggest danger in this fast-paced, intensely focused business building is we can burn out.
That's why it’s not only healthy but it's absolutely essential to learn how to take a break from your business, and how to take it well. Implementing this into my own life, I’ve crafted and successfully executed some mental and practical techniques and steps to smooth both getting away and returning.
