In this episode Ken sits down with Joe Stanley and they talk about marketing by means of education.   A native of Syracuse New York, Joe holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the college of Environmental Sciences and Forestry and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Syracuse University’s law school in 1981. He’s licensed to practice in all New York State and Federal Trial Courts. He’s a member of the New York State Bar Association, Onondaga County Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice, NYSLTA Academy of Trial Lawyers. He’s Board Certified in Civil Trial Practice by the American Board of Trial Advocacy.   Joe is an advocate for the injured who has litigated cases involving car accidents, medical malpractice, product failure, construction site injuries, and premises liability, nursing home abuse and neglect, construction accidents, and all personal injury areas. He has orchestrated a top-notch workers compensation / social security disability focused team. So, the personal injury and we can work hand-in-hand.   His reputation as a meticulous litigator with a history of success is matched by his ability to connect with his clients personally while fighting for their compensation. He started his charity Music for the Mission nearly a decade ago in a sincere effort to give back to the community. The non-profit 501c3 is all Volunteer and has worked diligently to feed/shelter over 30,000 families across Northern, Central, and southern NY. In this episode Ken sits down with Rob Levine and they talk about using a global perspective to grow your law firm.   For the past 15 years, Rob Levine, as founder and President of Rob Levine and Associates, has been a staple in the Southern New England Personal Injury business. Rob is committed to helping people, exemplifying leadership and building businesses. At sixteen, when most kids his age were simply out being kids, he became part of the Glen Rock Volunteer Ambulance Corps, holding a position of EMT (emergency medical technician). He was promoted within a year to Crew Chief. This was the beginning of his call to serve. The next phase of Rob’s career took him to college for Administration of Justice and to the Rhode Island Army National Guard. There he served three years as a military police officer. After his national service and graduating from college, he took a step toward serving the community. He was hired as a police officer by the Central Falls Police Department. Seeing the many needs of the citizens of Central Falls during his first six months on the force, Rob decided it was time to do more. He began a writing project for a grant and secured sixteen thousand dollars for the department’s first K-9 Drug Enforcement unit. Upon his appointment as the K-9 Officer, he went to California for formal training. In addition to his patrol duty, Rob and his dog were instrumental in fighting the ever-present drug problem in the city. His police work was not the only thing he was focused on, Rob also concentrated on his personal development. Rob began to attend law school, was learning how to fly helicopters, practicing in a Robison R-22, helicopter. After graduating from law school Rob retired from the police department and began to practice law continuing to help those in need. Rob also continued to feel the need to serve the community as a volunteer and became a Ski Patroller. Rob now works and volunteers his time as a paramedic, riding on an ambulance, trying to make a difference.
