Is Grappling Killing Your Muscle Gains?

Strength Testing For Grapplers- How Strong Are You?

Do you lift for BJJ? But How strong are you? Strength testing is key in knowing where you are at and set the bar to measure if your training is being effective? Jiu-Jitsu is Built on Generosity

You ever escaped a submission and thought, they let me get out of that? Perhaps it was your immense skill or was it an act of generosity by your training partner?
