In this week’s solo episode of the KCREatingwealth Podcast, I wanted to share a couple things that have been on my mind from events on my real estate journey in the past 3 weeks! We as investors are always in new situations with potential sellers, potential new B2B relationships, new partnerships in different capacities etc.  In this episode I talk about a recent situation where I walked a seller’s 6 family property in Lowell and although we were very far apart on price, I was able to give the seller tremendous value that may help him, and who knows what that relationship will look like in the future 😊 ?
