

129. How To Create Value In Nearly All Situations w/ Kyle
In this week’s solo episode of the KCREatingwealth Podcast, I wanted to share a couple things that have been on my mind from events on my real estate journey in the past 3 weeks! We as investors are always in new situations with potential sellers, potential new B2B relationships, new partnerships in different capacities etc.
In this episode I talk about a recent situation where I walked a seller’s 6 family property in Lowell and although we were very far apart on price, I was able to give the seller tremendous value that may help him, and who knows what that relationship will look like in the future 😊 ? I also shared two more stories about ways that we can provide value to the folks we are around and make their lives better, when other investors may not. Give value without expecting anything in return!
