I Wish I Didn't Have to Talk About This
Emotional eating is probably the number 1 behavior that needs addressed. This means understanding why we emotional eating but also learning how to redirect that internal desire towards something else.
There is a technique for this that I wish I didn’t have to talk about. Not because people do it too much and need to stop but because people don’t do it and they need to. Unchecked and unresolved emotional eating will ruin weight loss progress and will result a much harder time in maintenance. Emotional or binge eating must be addressed as a part of your weight loss journey if you want to be successful in the long term. Essential Tips to Prevent Weight Regaining
Weight regain is a VERY real possabilyt for most people who have a lot of weight to lose. The fact of the matter is that if you don’t come up with a plan to prevent it from happening it probably will. Losing all of the extra weight and “hoping for the best” is not a good idea. Go talk to others who have lost a lot of weight with that thought in mind. Many of them have regained the weight. You must start thinking about weight regaining and how to prevent it NOW.
In this weeks episode I talk about several crucial things that you need to do in order to reduce or eliminate the chances of weight regaining.
