Listen to the song now here + view the lyric video here. Watch the band's performance of the song on American Song Contest here. A cheeky commentary on modern-day consumerism and chasing a life of opulence, the earworm track finds courtship. at their best, blending witty lyricism with their signature feel-good take on indie-pop. On the song, the band notes: "We wish we wrote a song criticizing others for buying expensive health drinks and skin care products, but that would be hypocritical because we do it to. The American spin-off of the famed European song competition show Eurovision, American Song Contest is hosted by Snoop Dogg and Kelly Clarkson and features 56 states and territories competing for America's best original song. Interview with Katie Belle

We had the pleasure of interviewing Katie Belle over Zoom video! Katie Belle is an American pop artist, singer-songwriter and model from the state of Georgia. Katie works with Track Star Entertainment and WorldWide Entertainment Consultants. "Now That I Know" is an upbeat snappy tune. Lyrics and Composition provide energy and metaphorical lyrics in a classic "end of story" to a relationship! "Now That I Know" is a great segway from Belles 2021 release "Daughter", a poignant portrait in words filled with the heart and soul. It depicts the moving and impassioned relationship between love, heartbreak, and redemption. She conveys the sentiment with innocence and authenticity that is hard to find in the music business in this day and age. The song was produced by Josquin des Pres and Fabien Renoult in August 2021 and released "BACK TO CALIFORNIA" (Latin-Dance Mix). Interview with MOD SUN

We had the pleasure of interviewing MOD SUN over Zoom video! Rock singer, writer & producer MOD SUN releases "Rich Kids Ruin Everything". This is the first new music from MOD SUN since his highly successful 2021 release of Internet Killed The Rockstar, which has surpassed 100 million streams. MOD SUN and John Feldmann have again teamed up on this new pop-punk anthem, which features nostalgic guitar riffs and some of MOD's boldest lyrics to date. "I grew up a scene kid, I grew up a skateboarder and a pop punk kid and I used to get made fun of for being all of those, for the way I looked, the way I dressed, for the way I acted and all the things love and it's both awesome and hilarious, yet confusing seeing the general public and pop culture embracing all the things that I would get torn down for," said MOD SUN. "This is a song that I wrote for all the kids that feel confident in their own skin and don't walk around wearing a costume." "Everything now is about trends," said MOD SUN. "If it keeps going this way and getting championed then eventually originality will be a lost art. I'm trying to let people know that there's more to this world than what's currently popular. I want kids to feel like it's important to be visionaries not followers." In addition to the new single, MOD SUN co-wrote and co-produced a majority of the tracks on Avril Lavigne's latest album, Love Sux, which debuted at number 2 on the Billboard Top Album Sales Chart. He will also be joining Lavigne on her Bite Me 2022 Canadian Tour in May. MOD SUN recently gave a raw, unfiltered look at his life like you've never seen before in his documentary, Remember Me Just Like This. The film footage spans from childhood through the making of his latest album and features many of his friends and collaborators including Machine Gun Kelly, Avril Lavigne, Huddy and Travis Barker. He also has a feature film, Good Mourning, which he co-wrote and co-directed with Machine Gun Kelly dropping later this year. We want to hear from you! Interview with The Womack Sisters

We had the pleasure of interviewing The Womack Sisters over Zoom video! As the granddaughters of the legendary Sam Cooke, daughters of renowned songwriters and producers Cecil and Linda Womack (of Womack & Womack,) and nieces of singer-songwriter and R&B icon Bobby Womack, music is in their blood. Taking the American R&B and Pop scene by storm, the music industry welcomes a new generation of royalty with BG, Zeimani, and Kucha, the three gifted and soulful siblings who make up The Womack Sisters (TWS). Although the best friend trio inherited the legacy of musical giants, they are forging a new path with their most recent self-penned single, "Blocked." Growing up in a close-knit family on the road alongside their four siblings, the sisters are forever grateful for the vocal and composing gifts they inherited. Dualling as both a loving father and industry guide, Cecil wanted his children to understand the inner workings of the music business. TWS experienced a once-in-a-lifetime childhood as they performed worldwide alongside their parents and touched the hearts of thousands working with the Rolling Stones, Ozzy Osborne, Annie Lennox, and many others. They were also proud to work with their uncle Bobby Womack, performing background vocals on his final tours. Their upbringing and life-changing moments have influenced the sisters' sound, feel, and energy. Living in the glow of their family legacy, the sisters are now ready to step into the spotlight, share their talents with the world, and introduce a new wave for their generation. Currently making their home in Los Angeles, the girls are busy perfecting their upcoming debut album set to release in May 2022. Between their long lineage of enriching musical history, they draw strength from their bond, for it is as unshakable and as strong as the music they create. Interview with Rose Betts

We had the pleasure of interviewing Rose Betts over Zoom video! Standout British singer/songwriter Rose Betts wears her heart on her sleeve in her triumphant debut full-length album, White Orchids, out now! Rose wrote and co-produced the entire album. To Rose, White Orchids represents a loss of innocence; a moment of pure youth and fragility where her heart was broken. Just as an orchid blooms once before it is usually discarded, it feels as though one can grasp on to youth for merely a fleeting moment. Rose released the emotional, self-reflective album single "Recovery" late last year, and it was recently synced for usage for the CW hit TV show "Legacies." Another album track, "Driving Myself Home," went supernova on Tiktok in January and is now closing in on 2 million combined streams and well over 5 million views. Rose also released "Song To The Siren" last year (producing the track as well as performing it), which served as the leading song of Zack Snyder's Justice League (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack), created by GRAMMY-nominated multi-platinum producer, musician, composer and educator Tom Holkenborg. Olympic Silver Medalist Alexandra Trusova used "Song to the Siren" in her recent Olympic run. ABOUT ROSE BETTS Hailing from London, England, Rose Betts is a singer-songwriter with an uncanny ability to pen beautiful hooks and lyrics with a depth beyond her years. A regular on the London music scene and darling of Sofar Sounds, Rose toured the UK in 2017 and self-released her first EP The Stars Look Down. She has received major radio play on BBC 2 and BBC 6 and continues to blur the lines of conventionality through her collaborations with art, film, theatre and virtual technology. She is also involved in other collaborative projects, working on Bazzi's single 'Young and Alive' which was nominated for Best Remixed Recording at the 63rd Annual GRAMMY Awards and "Song to the Siren," her contribution to the Zack Snyder's Justice League (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack), which she performed and produced. Interview with Matt Simons

We had the pleasure of interviewing Matt Simons over Zoom video! Fresh off the release of his new studio album 'Identity Crisis' and a coast-to-coast US tour with 2Cellos, LA based songwriter Matt Simons has revealed the music video for "Years," featuring exclusive behind-the-scenes footage from his biggest concert tour to-date. One of the most vulnerable tracks on the new album, rich in subtle production and an emotive feel, "Years" features Matt's exquisite pop songwriting in full force. A story of humble beginnings, Simons grew up in Palo Alto as the grandson of two opera singers. He spent much of his early life studying jazz and classical music before switching to clarinet and guitar, and ultimately crafted his own identity as a melodic pop songwriter and lyricist. He took steps to self-promote his releases online, and to his surprise, a remix of his breakthrough single "Catch & Release" bubbled up organically and ended up as one off 2016's biggest hits, reaching Gold and Platinum status. International recognition, performances on The TODAY Show, and billions of streams followed. Last week Simons released his fourth studio album 'Identify Crisis,' featuring his recent hit singles "Better Tomorrow," "Cold," and "Identity Crisis," which have amassed over 50 million streams. With sweet, piano-rooted melodies and lyrics that speak plainly about important events in his life — including his struggles with anxiety – the album was written when COVID began its spread, giving him space and time to reflect. Having won over many new lifelong fans on his US arena tour with 2Cellos, Matt and his band are about to embark on the EU leg of the tour, hitting some of the world's biggest arena venues from Paris, London to Berlin and many cities in between. Interview with Yxngxr1

We had the pleasure of interviewing Yxngxr1 over Zoom video! Born and raised in Cardiff, UK, he stirred up buzz with his DIY record "Tyler" during 2019 whilst holding down a post school day job at Foot Locker. Following its viral explosion, he quickly tallied tens of millions of streams across fan favorite singles such as "Rather Do," "RockStore," "721," "Pigeons," and more. Simultaneously, he released a flurry of full-length projects, namely Childhood Dreams [2019], I Don't Suit Hats [2020], YELLOW YELLOW YELLOW [2020], DigiKid [2021], and Digikid 2 [2021]. Attracting praise from The Line of Best Fit, tmrw magazine, Buzz Mag, and more, The Guardian also applauded his "lovably lo-fi indie-rap." Despite his heady rise to success, he continued to challenge himself in the studio, pushing the envelope and breaking the boundaries between hip-hop and indie. As an artist he is truly a product of the internet generation, being heavily influenced by contemporary music of all genres as well as the online crush of tongue-in-cheek branding, meme culture & virality. But to ensure a cohesive vision to life on Teenage Motel, he has exclusively worked with Birmingham-based producer Milodrama Beats and Taha Beats out of L.A. In the end, audiences will relate to Yxngxr1—because he's real. We want to hear from you!
