Dr. Eric Goodman and Jessie Salas: Foundation Training, The Endocannabinoid System, and Balancing the Nervous System

In this episode of the Smarter Not Harder podcast, we are joined by Dr. Eric Goodman and Coach Jessie Salas.   The two join host Dr. Scott Sherr to discuss Dr. Goodman’s book “Foundation of Health” and the Endocannabinoid System, the beginnings of the foundation training, cannabis, the importance of activating your parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems, and so much more.   Dr. Eric Goodman is the creator of Foundation Training and the author of “Foundation”, “Foundations of Health”, and“True to Form”. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelors in health sciences, Physiology. Under his degree is a chiropractic degree at Southern California University.   Coach Jessie Salas has worked with Dr. Goodman as an understudy and partner in growing the world's knowledge on Foundation Training. He is Dr. Goodman's Chief Operating Officer, who first discovered Foundation Training as a means to address injuries sustained on the job. Dr. Dominic D’Agostino, Ph.D.: The Effects of Ketosis and Fasting on Mitochondrial Health and Epigenetics
