Ep 271: Business & Spirituality with James Wedmore
Start Your Transformation NowIn this episode, James Wedmore and I reveal several nuggets of pure gold as we discuss many topics from personal branding, to crafting an irresistible offer, overcoming the fear of selling, and the power of shifting identity in business. Each segment of the podcast is packed with actionable advice. However, I want to showcase one of the most profound segments here…Imagine a scene from a Marvel movie where the superhero discovers their true powers for the first time. The sheer wonder and delight of that moment ripples across their face as they discover all the things they thought were impossible are now easy for them to do. Well, in the world of business, shifting identity is like unlocking your superpowers. James Wedmore shares his own transformative experience, highlighting how changing his identity revolutionized his business journey. The secret lies in embracing the role you play and recognizing its impact on your results. You might BE the CEO, but the question is, are you BEing a CEO? If you constantly find yourself jumping on tasks that “need to get done” rather than finding talented people to own those efforts, then most likely little of your focus is on the growth of your business.Plain and simple, a CEO should be focused on leadership and growth, NOT doing data entry or figuring out what image goes best with a social media post.Success in business is about leverage. Fully assuming your role as CEO is about relinquishing control. It’s about leveraging talented people, resources, and tools to enable your business's growth. Now, whether you are a business owner or not, think about how this applies to your life. Are you constantly trying to “do it all” yourself and not reaching out when you could use help in your personal growth? In the various roles we play in our lives, mother, father, daughter, son, student, employee… heck, even pet owner. How are you showing up? Do you embrace and fully assume your role? Do you want to?Whether you’re an entrepreneur, soon-to-be entrepreneur, or happy employee, we should all ask these questions of ourselves. And if you want to learn how we answered them I can promise you that you’ll gain valuable insight listening in on my conversation with James.Transformational Takeaway: To receive success, you must BE success. Our actions are only as good as our BEing. Shift your identity to BEing that version of yourself that receives all the things you desire. From that BEing your DOing will change and become powerful.Mentioned Resources:James Wedmore CEO Quizjimfortin.com/riseLet's Connect: Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn LIKED THE EPISODE?If you're the kind of person who likes to help others, then share this with your friends and family. Ep 270: Encore: Money, Money, Money, with James Wedmore
Start Your Transformation NowI’m doing an encore episode on money this week because so many people, maybe even you, are struggling in this challenging economy. I talk a lot about money in different places, not because I like talking about money but because the more money you attract the better quality of life you will have and the more people you can help. This is an encore episode of me chatting with my good friend, James Wedmore. James is a world-recognized leader in the field of internet marketing and online business building. And, over the years he has helped 100s of 1000s of people around the world and attracted tens of millions of dollars back into his own life. We talked for over an hour about things that I know will be helpful to you. And, this episode is not just about money, it’s about life and service. One of the most important concepts you’ll ever hear me talk about is AYNI and we talk about it in this episode. James also works with my brother-in-law, the shaman, don Xavier. So, he also lives from AYNI and service. This concept alone can bring you anything and everything you want in life yet most of us don’t live in this place. A place of service. Candidly, I know when we “listen” to things we often do it with a distracted mind and we “half listen.” If you’re a business person or entrepreneur listening several times is a must but it’s not just about listening, it’s about absorbing the truth in this episode and executing it in your own life and business. When you do that, dramatic changes will happen very quickly in your business. Transformational Takeaway: The true essence of the game is practicing true AYNI, which is serving from an open heart. If you’re not receiving something in your life, it’s because you haven’t first given something. If you witness things vanishing from your life, that’s a reflection of yourself.Mentioned Resources:James Wedmore CEO QuizEpisode 33: “AYNI – The Reciprocity Of Life”Episode 115: “Spirituality, Business, and Prosperity”Let's Connect: Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn LIKED THE EPISODE?If you're the kind of person who likes to help others, then share this with your friends and family. Ep 269: How To Surrender and Let Go of Fear?
Start Your Transformation NowI don’t know about you but there have been times in my life where I have been sick and tired. I’ve been irritable, miserable and lost. There have been times, and it has been many years ago, but I have been very unhappy at my external circumstances. As I look back years ago, I now know that I was so unhappy because I was trying to control, force or make things happen. Many of us try to control our external world and circumstances instead of managing our internal world which directly affects our external world. Many if not most of us work backwards…. we try to work from the outside in and that’s as successful as trying to snow ski uphill… it does not work. Long ago I realized that life was so hard for me because I was trying to control things and I was not happy when things did not go the way I planned, wanted or expected. I would literally fight, curse and complain about not getting the results I wanted when I was the one creating the lack of results. One day I realized, it dawned on me… I heard someone say, “Just surrender and all that will go away.” The last thing I wanted to do in life is surrender because I thought it would make me look weak. My tenacity and stubbornness was my downfall and it brought a great deal of unhappiness into my life. I didn’t understand what it meant to surrender. And, when I finally understood the meaning of the concept of surrender my life started to change and that’s what I want to share with you in this episode. If you want more peace and joy in your life then start living from what I share with you here.Transformational Takeaway: When you surrender you let go of fear and when you let go of fear you surrender. Ponder that. Your fears, not including survival fears, are attachment driven and when we attach we try to control an outcome that is not surrender and we make ourselves miserable though our attachments.Let's Connect: Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn LIKED THE EPISODE?If you're the kind of person who likes to help others, then share this with your friends and family. Ep 268: When will you be good enough?
Start Your Transformation Now“I’m not good enough” is one of the stories I hear more than any other. This single story alone is debilitating and toxic and I talk about how I used to feel the same and how I overcame it.The thing about being “good enough,” it has to be measured against something. There must be criteria to measure it and the truth is, there is absolutely no way to measure it.For example…if someone said, “You’re the best in the world at what you do,” there is almost no way to verify that. After all, if you are the best, then it means the “best” and it means they’d have to have an experience with every single other person in the world who does what you do to verify. It’s not possible.More than anything, we only feel not good enough when we compare ourselves to others. And, we only feel not good enough when we are judging ourselves and making value judgments about others and ourselves. In this episode I talk about how I pulled myself out of this toxic vortex and how I freed myself.More than anything, to feel good enough we MUST accept ourselves. We must accept how and what we are…whatever that is.The interesting thing is, we can only evaluate being “good enough” if we are comparing ourselves to other people and that also is not impossible as we can compare ourselves to what we can see of and about them but we cannot see what’s going on in their head and internal life.Transformational Takeaway: Being “good enough” has nothing to do with your external world. The way to be good enough is to accept yourself as you are, right now.Mentioned Resources:Introducing Jin Shin Jyutsu Is, Book 1 by Mary BurmeisterDisclosure: Some of the links above are affiliate links, meaning, at no additional cost to you, I will earn a small commission if you make a purchase.Let's Connect: Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn LIKED THE EPISODE?If you're the kind of person who likes to help others, then share this with your friends and family. Ep 267: Encore Episode - Updated: The Only Place To Find Your Highest Potential
Start Your Transformation NowIf you listened to episode number six you heard me talk about your highest potential. Your highest potential is not what most people think, it’s far more. And, it’s not external, it’s internal. This is an encore episode with an addition. The encore episode was recorded in 2019 and last week I found an old text from my brother-in-law, the shaman, don Xavier sent me about silence. In episode six I mentioned that Rumi is quoted as saying, “The quieter the mind the more you can hear.”I do talk about quieting the mind in this episode and most of us think and I did for decades, that silence is stopping the mind, but it’s not that.In this episode I put an entirely new spin on “silence of mind,” and this episode approaches silence of mind from a new direction. For me, when I learned this, there was so much peace in this for me.This updated episode shares with you, verbatim, the text that don Xavier sent me and he shared with me the four fundamental things for silence of the mind.It can take us many years to master what I share in this episode but at least it’s more tangible and measurable than, “Silence your mind.” Enjoy.Transformational Takeaway: Living your highest potential is not external, it’s internal. it’s all about quieting the mind.Mentioned Resources:EPISODE 6: “Here’s The Only Place To Find Your Highest Potential”Binaural Beats, Healing Meditation Music, Relaxing Music Meditation, Healing Meditation Music CalmLet's Connect: Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn LIKED THE EPISODE?If you're the kind of person who likes to help others, then share this with your friends and family. Ep 266: The Importance of Self Management
Start Your Transformation NowLao Tzu said, “Mighty is he who has power over others and mightier still is he who has power over himself.”I’m not sure if you have recognized this or not but all your unhappiness comes from your self-mismanagement. Yep, all your unhappiness comes from mis-managing yourself and specifically, mis-managing your thoughts and emotions. What I find in life is that as long as things are going well we tend to be happy and the more challenging life becomes, the unhappier we become. What I talk about in this episode is things to come in the world and managing ourselves and how to do that. As I have been told by a shaman, the world is going to become more chaotic over the next several years. More fear, more worry, unstable economies, climate change, political instabilities and all the other challenges going on in our chaotic world. We have to understand that when our emotions and feelings become unstable because of the external world, that just creates more instability in your world – both internally and externally. Do we let these instabilities drain us or do we get stronger?Do we live in fear and worry or do we live in peace of mind? The key to the life you want is balance but it’s not the kind of balance you’re used to thinking about, it’s balancing the higher part of yourself with the lower part of yourself. I weave a lot into this episode but the overall gist is this.Transformational Takeaway: Higher and Lower balance are the key to the peace and well being you want despite all the turbulence in the world.Mentioned Resources:Episode 9: How The Law Of Attraction Repels The Money And Abundance You WantLet's Connect: Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn LIKED THE EPISODE?If you're the kind of person who likes to help others, then share this with your friends and family. Ep 265: What is the objective for your life?
Start Your Transformation NowHave you ever really thought about it in that way? I mean, have you ever thought, “What is the objective for my life?”Many years ago, one of my mentors, a shaman, said to me, “The most important thing I ever did was I decided what I was to do with my life before I crossed over.” When he said, “crossed over,” he means what most people call – die.Have you thought about that, what are you supposed to do with your life before you die? This episode goes in a few different directions, and specifically, if focuses on your Attention and Intention.Your intention is your objectives for what you want to happen and where you hold your attention determines your intention. This is why it’s vital that you focus on mastering your attention.Intention is the most abundant force in the universe and yet most of our lives are not determined by conscious attention and intention but from subconscious default. This is why we don’t have what we want in life. This Is why we do without. This is why we struggle. In this episode I explore two aspects of intention and attention. Those aspects are both macro and micro intentions. Consciously intending what you want in life is a super power, yet most of us leave it used and beyond that, even untapped.I keep it simple and in this episode I talk about utilizing your intention and creating the life of your desires.Transformational Takeaway: Consciously set your intent for what you want to create with your health, wealth and relationships.Mentioned Resources:Episode 9: How The Law Of Attraction Repels The Money And Abundance You WantEPISODE 240: Are You Leaking Your Power? The Visionary Window: A Quantum Physicist’s Guide to Enlightenment by Amit GoswamiDisclosure: Some of the links above are affiliate links, meaning, at no additional cost to you, I will earn a small commission if you make a purchase.Let's Connect: Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn LIKED THE EPISODE?If you're the kind of person who likes to help others, then share this with your friends and family. Ep 264: Five Ways You Burn Your Energy And Peace Of Mind
Start Your Transformation NowMy brother-in-law, Don Xavier, once said to me, “You can’t do a whole lot without peace of mind.”Your peace of mind determines your quality of life yet we give our power away and squander it by living in fear and worry. In this episode, I talk about five ways you may squander your power and peace of mind. When you squander your power you give up your ability to manifest, heal, and tap into Divine wisdom. And of course, you give up your peace of mind. Here are the five ways you may give up your power. I share the bullets and then I dive into each of them in this episode.EXPECTATIONS – When you stop having expectations the actions of others stop affecting you.OFFENSE –If the actions of others offend you, you’ll spend your lifetime offended.SELF-PITY – Animals do not have self-pity. It’s a waste of your power.TRIGGERS –These are your most powerful tools for growth.ATTACHMENT – This is your greatest source of suffering. These poisons rob you of your power and it’s vital that you become aware of how these play out in your life.Your objective should be to conserve and build your power, not deplete it. And, when you start mastering these concepts you start to build your power.Transformational Takeaway: You can do nothing well without peace of mind.Let's Connect: Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn LIKED THE EPISODE?If you're the kind of person who likes to help others, then share this with your friends and family.
