Episode 13. Ron Wenzel-CEO-Vesteco Real Estate
After his family relocated him from Ft. Worth Texas to live in Dallas where he eventually graduated from HS from Noth Dallas High in 1984. Ron decided to enlist in the USAF Reserves where he served our country honorably and for next four years. While serving as an active service member in the U.S., Air Force Reserves Ron also attended Brookhaven Community College in Dallas for two years and eventually transferred to Texas Tech University where he earned his Bachelors of Arts Degree in American History in 1988.
Rather than simply jumping into the family business head first, he ended up joining a relatively new property management company called American Residential Property Management Company and at the age of only 19 years old. He did this while he was still enrolled in school, and as a new Leasing Consultant, here is where it all began.
He also managed to find and carve out time to eventually become the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando’s President in 2010 and then, he eventually became the Florida Apartment Associations President in 2015. Prior to co-founding and establishing Vesteco Real Estate Management Services, LLC., in Orlando, Florida and as the firms new President and Managing Member, Ron worked in various positions ranging from Regional Manager, Area Vice President, and Regional Vice President and over the past 15 years for two other national multifamily companies.
Everything great that he has learned from the many great companies and leaders he has had the privilege of being associated with the Multifamily real estate industry was used to create an even better company called Vesteco. He has been responsible for overseeing a combined 50+ class A and B Multi-Family assets–with a combined portfolio of more than 15,000 units–located in Florida, Maryland, Virginia, Texas and Arizona.
Ron has over 38+ years of experience in the multifamily industry now, and he is also the Qualifying Broker for Vesteco Real Estate Management Services, LLC.

Episode 10. Sheri Druckman, VP of Operations, Legacy Partners
Ms. Druckman brings over 25 years of real estate industry expertise and leadership to Legacy Partners. As Regional Vice President, Sheri is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Legacy’s regional property management operations in the Pacific Northwest including multifamily, mixed-use, new development, lease-ups, renovations and client relations.
Prior to joining Legacy Partners, Ms. Druckman was the Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management, overseeing the long-term asset management performance across office, retail and multifamily property types, ensuring effective execution throughout the lifecycle of investments including acquisitions, debt financing, investment strategy and performance, marketing and leasing, operational oversight and capital projects. Ms. Druckman previously served as Vice President at Sares Regis Group, scaling SRG Residential’s management platform, implementing comprehensive programs, initiatives, and strategies.
Prior to SRG, she was the Director of Real Estate at Greystar. Sheri has expertise in managing portfolios including stabilized, major rehabilitation and new construction projects. Prior to Greystar, Ms. Druckman held Senior Management roles with Security Properties, Simpson Property Group and Trammell Crow Residential Services, executing due diligence, underwriting, acquisition, and dispositions.
Sheri is the recipient of the NAA, National Apartment Association 2020 Excellence Award for Outstanding Service to an Affiliate and the WMFHA 2014 Portfolio Manager of the Year Emerald Award. She serves as Vice Chair for Partnership for Affordable Housing, Vice Chair of the NAA Affordable Housing Committee, and is Past President of WMFHA, the Washington Multifamily Housing Association Board of Directors. Ms. Druckman is also a member of the NAA Legislative & Regulatory Committee and WMFHA Government Affairs Committee. Sheri holds a State of Washington Real Estate Broker License, a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor, CAPS, designation and is an NAA Leadership Lyceum graduate.

AMLI is a national management company owned by the Prime Property Fund, a real estate fund managed by Morgan Stanley. Previously he served as the Managing Director of Operations for Charles E. Smith, a publicly traded REIT in Washington DC.
