Amanda Cox serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Bellaire Services Corporation and Bellaire Multifamily Management. Within Bellaire Services Corporation, she leads the team in asset acquisition efforts and monitors performance through the lifecycle of the portfolio. Within Bellaire Multifamily Management, Amanda supports the property operations team, leads value-add initiatives, and spearheads business development efforts. She is passionate about being a solution to underserved Texas syndications and has successfully built the third party business for the firm directly through referrals who have witnessed and attested to her leadership. Ms. Cox has spent the last 17 years in multifamily property management, and before joining Bellaire Services Corporation, she was overseeing 11k units amongst 8 markets across Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas as a Regional Vice President of Operations with one of the largest Texas based property management firms. She is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, of which she served as the President of the Austin Chapter in 2020, and actively holds a seat in the International Governing Council for the organization. She is a mentor to many and is also a strong believer in knowledge growth, thus she is continuously expanding her industry knowledge beyond her B.A. in Business Management from Texas State University by achieving her CAM in 2013, ARM in 2014, and earned her CPM designation in 2016.

Episode 17. Kristina Davis-VP of Operations, Fortis Property Management

Kristina began her career in multifamily in Atlanta as a part-time leasing consultant in 2000, seeking an opportunity that allowed for flexibility as she navigated returning to the workforce after being a stay-at-home mom. She quickly moved through the ranks, becoming Property Manager of the 400-unit community where she began her career. During her time as a Multi-site Property Manager, Regional Manager, and Regional Vice President, Kristina successfully repositioned multiple assets through renovations and value add programs, with a specialized focus on reducing AR and maximizing NOI for ownership and investors. She has led teams in managing multiple asset classes ranging from C to A+ including tax credit, student housing, conventional, lease ups and new construction communities. She directly supervises sites in Austin, Texas and Huntsville, Alabama while she supports regional teams and the assets that they are responsible for throughout the Southeast. Kristina currently holds the position of Vice President of Multifamily Operations with Fortis Property Management. Joining Fortis in 2021, she works with the executive team to grow both the organization and the individuals that make up the Fortis site teams. Episode 13. Ron Wenzel-CEO-Vesteco Real Estate

After his family relocated him from Ft. Worth Texas to live in Dallas where he eventually graduated from HS from Noth Dallas High in 1984. Ron decided to enlist in the USAF Reserves where he served our country honorably and for next four years. While serving as an active service member in the U.S., Air Force Reserves Ron also attended Brookhaven Community College in Dallas for two years and eventually transferred to Texas Tech University where he earned his Bachelors of Arts Degree in American History in 1988. Rather than simply jumping into the family business head first, he ended up joining a relatively new property management company called American Residential Property Management Company and at the age of only 19 years old. He did this while he was still enrolled in school, and as a new Leasing Consultant, here is where it all began. He also managed to find and carve out time to eventually become the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando’s President in 2010 and then, he eventually became the Florida Apartment Associations President in 2015. Prior to co-founding and establishing Vesteco Real Estate Management Services, LLC., in Orlando, Florida and as the firms new President and Managing Member, Ron worked in various positions ranging from Regional Manager, Area Vice President, and Regional Vice President and over the past 15 years for two other national multifamily companies. Everything great that he has learned from the many great companies and leaders he has had the privilege of being associated with the Multifamily real estate industry was used to create an even better company called Vesteco. He has been responsible for overseeing a combined 50+ class A and B Multi-Family assets–with a combined portfolio of more than 15,000 units–located in Florida, Maryland, Virginia, Texas and Arizona. Ron has over 38+ years of experience in the multifamily industry now, and he is also the Qualifying Broker for Vesteco Real Estate Management Services, LLC.
