Episode 8. Felicia Queen
Meet Felicia Queen:
“My vision of the world is to see society be strong and thriving. That requires powerful and effective leadership and personal empowerment. I want future generations to be pulled up by strong leaders, not knocked down by others that have titles but lack skills. By understanding and utilizing effective teamwork and culture development we will all thrive. Personally, and professionally.
To that end, my mission is to reach as many people as possible to develop the mindset and skills required to transform the vision into reality. I do that through speaking, consulting, and facilitating personal and professional development. I am constantly researching and learning what works so that my clients benefit from the most up-to-date statistical and scientific findings instead of relying on opinion.
I have dedicated four decades to enhancing the Multifamily Industry, with an emphasis on elevating both the performance of multifamily and supplier partner companies and the performance, mindset, and careers of team members.
My career began with one of the largest owner-managed property management firms in the US, starting on-site and quickly moving to an executive level position. After that I have been a national speaker and trainer and have provided consulting and advisory services to many real estate management companies, owners, developers, and proptech partners.
I am a graduate of the University of Maryland, an avid outdoor enthusiast and active playmate to my grandchildren who greatly influenced my vision of the world.”
