Amanda Cox serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Bellaire Services Corporation and Bellaire Multifamily Management. Within Bellaire Services Corporation, she leads the team in asset acquisition efforts and monitors performance through the lifecycle of the portfolio. Within Bellaire Multifamily Management, Amanda supports the property operations team, leads value-add initiatives, and spearheads business development efforts. She is passionate about being a solution to underserved Texas syndications and has successfully built the third party business for the firm directly through referrals who have witnessed and attested to her leadership. Ms. Cox has spent the last 17 years in multifamily property management, and before joining Bellaire Services Corporation, she was overseeing 11k units amongst 8 markets across Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas as a Regional Vice President of Operations with one of the largest Texas based property management firms. She is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, of which she served as the President of the Austin Chapter in 2020, and actively holds a seat in the International Governing Council for the organization. She is a mentor to many and is also a strong believer in knowledge growth, thus she is continuously expanding her industry knowledge beyond her B.A. in Business Management from Texas State University by achieving her CAM in 2013, ARM in 2014, and earned her CPM designation in 2016.

Sherry was most recently the Executive Managing Director of Property Management for RangeWater Residential overseeing the property management group which has oversight for over 100,000 multifamily units located in 15 states. Sherry joined RangeWater in 2021 with over 20 years of multifamily experience. She is a strategic leader and change initiator with global experience in multifamily housing. During her career, Sherry has overseen over 300,000 units, offering leadership, mentorship and operational expertise to drive business performance which results in business growth. Sherry has extensive experience in high density U.S. markets, Europe, South America and Asia Pacific with emphasis on age restricted developments, lease ups, ESG and corporate/short stay partnerships. Sherry holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Radford University. She is a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management and a member of the National Apartment Association, Georgia Apartment Association, and Atlanta Apartment Association. She serves on the board of the Atlanta Apartment Association and is the 2021 past chair of the Atlanta Apartment Association.

As the Senior Vice President of Technology and Strategic Initiatives at Article Student Living, Erica White oversees sustainable platform growth by leading advanced technological business initiatives through data modeling, & process standardization with the goal of delivering value to all stakeholders. With over 16 years of experience in student, military, and multi-family housing , Erica is the driving force behind the tactical technology, business systems, and reporting strategy. In her role, she oversees the Technology and Innovation team, steering the implementation and management of cutting-edge technology to elevate the company’s core business processes and operations. In 2022, Erica was named one of GlobeSt.’s CRE Tech Influencers and her in house initiatives have secured consecutive Innovator Awards recognized by Student Housing Business. Beyond her executive role, Erica has navigated various on-site positions and larger-scaled roles, including her tenure as Vice President of Business Systems. Erica is also Co-Founder of the W. Collective, a leadership networking forum dedicated to empowering women in the student housing industry. This initiative reflects her commitment to fostering diversity and inclusivity, advocating for meaningful connections and mentorship opportunities for women in the industry.

Steve's impressive background spans operations, accounting, training, marketing, revenue management, and human resources. With leadership positions at Redwood Residential, Mandel Group, Banner Property Management, LLC , and Sherman Residential, Steve brings a wealth of expertise to the table.A graduate in Finance and English from the University of Wisconsin, Steve holds multiple certifications including CPA, CPM, ARM, and PHR. His dedication to the industry extends beyond his professional roles, as he actively contributes to national and local apartment association boards and committees, university advisory boards, and as a speaker and thought leader.In recognition of his outstanding contributions, Steve was named one of Crain’s Notable HR Leaders in 2020 and received the prestigious CPM of the Year award from IREM’s Chicago chapter in 2018.

Mary Gwyn, CPM, Chief Innovator of Apartment Dynamics, operates an innovative management company which successfully implements her marketing and maintenance strategies. A skilled in-person and web presenter, her training is based on proven solutions tested in her own company and designed to enhance revenue and improve the work experience for Maintenance and Leasing teams. Kristina began her career in multifamily in Atlanta as a part-time leasing consultant in 2000, seeking an opportunity that allowed for flexibility as she navigated returning to the workforce after being a stay-at-home mom. She quickly moved through the ranks, becoming Property Manager of the 400-unit community where she began her career. During her time as a Multi-site Property Manager, Regional Manager, and Regional Vice President, Kristina successfully repositioned multiple assets through renovations and value add programs, with a specialized focus on reducing AR and maximizing NOI for ownership and investors. She has led teams in managing multiple asset classes ranging from C to A+ including tax credit, student housing, conventional, lease ups and new construction communities. She directly supervises sites in Austin, Texas and Huntsville, Alabama while she supports regional teams and the assets that they are responsible for throughout the Southeast. Kristina currently holds the position of Vice President of Multifamily Operations with Fortis Property Management. Joining Fortis in 2021, she works with the executive team to grow both the organization and the individuals that make up the Fortis site teams. She has facilitated the rollout of a number of successful initiatives and through focus groups and a culture of collaboration works to encourage opportunities for professional growth and development for all team members.

Jennifer joined Western Wealth Capital to launch their in-house property management company, Western Wealth Communities, in 2020. Jennifer was responsible for building out the property management platform and hiring the team to support the growing business of over 15,000 units. In 2023, she broadened her role to include strategic direction of Western Wealth Capital’s people and technology departments in addition to her existing oversight of operations, property marketing, training, revenue management, human resources and technology for Western Wealth Communities. Jennifer began her career in the multifamily industry nearly 25 years ago. Since that time, she has served in numerous capacities at two of the nation’s largest property management firms focusing on all areas of property performance. Jennifer holds a B.A. in French from West Chester University and an M.A. in International Commerce & Policy from George Mason University. Jennifer is a regular guest speaker, facilitator and moderator at many of the industry’s most renowned conferences as well as an active participant in NAA, NMHC and AZCREW. She gives her time to various industry advisory boards such as the AMA, LeaseLock, Entryway (Phoenix Chapter), Nurture Boss and Connexus Living. Jennifer is a recipient of the GlobeSt. Women of Influence Award in 2016 and 2021, the AMA Tributes Executive of the Year Award in 2022 and was recently named as one of the 2023 AZ Big Media Women Leaders.

Melissa Joy is a Senior Vice President of Operations for Village Green, a National Property Management firm with 40k units and $9.5 Billion in Multi-Family Real Estate under management. As a 25+ year industry professional, she has experience in every facet of Property Management, having started her career on-site, progressing to portfolio level and ultimately executive level management. Melissa is a 2022 graduate of the NAA Leadership Lyceum Program, has been a multi-year featured Apartmentalize Conference speaker and industry leader for the National Apartment Association as well as the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association. Currently she is the President of the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association. Melissa serves on the Operations Committee and the Education Advisory Board for NAA. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Xavier University, is a licensed Realtor in the state of Ohio, member of the Ohio Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and numerous local Apartment Association affiliates across the country.

Kristyn Monticup is the Vice President of Operations at Gables Residential. Most recently, Kristyn was with Haven Residential as Executive Vice President-East. Her previous experience includes key positions at Rangewater Real Estate, TriBridge Residential and Greystar Management. Kristyn brings expertise in both owned and third-party management, budgeting, and financials, leading due-diligence and lease-ups as well as collaboration across all corporate support departments to ensure optimal performance while maximizing 501. Kristyn studied at University at Buffalo, and resides in Atlanta, GA.

After his family relocated him from Ft. Worth Texas to live in Dallas where he eventually graduated from HS from Noth Dallas High in 1984. Ron decided to enlist in the USAF Reserves where he served our country honorably and for next four years. While serving as an active service member in the U.S., Air Force Reserves Ron also attended Brookhaven Community College in Dallas for two years and eventually transferred to Texas Tech University where he earned his Bachelors of Arts Degree in American History in 1988. Rather than simply jumping into the family business head first, he ended up joining a relatively new property management company called American Residential Property Management Company and at the age of only 19 years old. He did this while he was still enrolled in school, and as a new Leasing Consultant, here is where it all began. He also managed to find and carve out time to eventually become the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando’s President in 2010 and then, he eventually became the Florida Apartment Associations President in 2015. Prior to co-founding and establishing Vesteco Real Estate Management Services, LLC., in Orlando, Florida and as the firms new President and Managing Member, Ron worked in various positions ranging from Regional Manager, Area Vice President, and Regional Vice President and over the past 15 years for two other national multifamily companies. Everything great that he has learned from the many great companies and leaders he has had the privilege of being associated with the Multifamily real estate industry was used to create an even better company called Vesteco. He has been responsible for overseeing a combined 50+ class A and B Multi-Family assets–with a combined portfolio of more than 15,000 units–located in Florida, Maryland, Virginia, Texas and Arizona. Ron has over 38+ years of experience in the multifamily industry now, and he is also the Qualifying Broker for Vesteco Real Estate Management Services, LLC.
