Let's  continue our work with fundamental business vocabulary - your work routine! How exciting! Now before you try and escape, I promise you that this is worth your time due to the sheer number of mistakes I hear almost every day regarding this topic. A nice phrase springs to mind here - You are only as strong as your weakest link!  The simplest things are sometimes the hardest to get right. Well worth 20 minutes of your time to say these things correctly.
