I don't have to leave the office because I'm not in an office really at the moment. Because I'm a one man band, meaning I work for myself, the drinks after work are with me alone. There's no drinks after work with my team, unfortunately, I am my team. So that's a beer for one. But if I were in an office, I probably would go for drinks after work on the odd occasion. And I obviously encourage you to use the best course of action, try and fit that in, try and practice it. That's the most important thing is that you're applying the things that you're learning on the podcast.
