Stop Tobacco To Prevent Oral Cancer
Avoid tobacco and smoking because they are the main causes of oral cancer and pre-cancer conditions.
Get regular six-month dental checkups to detect and treat precancerous changes early.
volunteer_activism ADVICE
Use Mouthwash Selectively
Use mouthwash only when needed and choose dentist-prescribed formulations for specific problems.
Avoid routine alcohol-based mouthwashes if they cause dry mouth; prefer prescribed therapeutic rinses.
