The Impact of the Pandemic on Education

The teaching experience has profoundly changed since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Teachers faced unprecedented challenges, particularly during the chaotic 2019–2020 school year, where they transitioned from online to hybrid to full in-person learning. These shifts led to difficulties for students, especially those returning from an extended period of remote learning, resulting in social immaturity and various behavioral issues. The experience underscored the need for flexibility and adaptability, compelling teachers to adjust their methodologies while managing the complexities of student interactions.
