We review aSAH treatments in the 1970’s and 1980’s and what evidence existed for nimodipine use before highlighting our two trials of the week. How does the study methodology compare from then to now? Where did our nimodipine dosing regimen come from? Is the term cerebral artery vasospasm out of date?
