When joyful moments occur, we may choose to contain our happiness so others don't feel uncomfortable. Today, Sam talks about how we can feel more confident in expressing our joy, especially when we feel self-conscious.
Sam has taught mindfulness and social emotional learning to teens, families and adults all over the world for more than 12 years. She obtained her master’s degrees in clinical and educational psychology from Columbia University, and an M.S. in emotion science from Mid-Sweden University.
